110-square-meter apartment located in the Madrid Nuevo Norte area. 1st floor consisting of a spacious living room with a 6-seater dining table (extendable to sit up to 10 people), two 3-seater sofas, two brand new smart TV sets (55” in the living room and a 27” one in the double bedroom) and a cozy terrace to be used exclusively by the double-bedroom guest(s).

Four bedrooms in total, all of them having a nice view to park areas or quiet places (ideal for focusing). Sunlight on both sides of the apartment all day long. All three single bedrooms have full-size beds, mattresses, fitted sheets, duvet covers, duvet cover fillers, sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and towels (all brand new).

Two bathrooms, the private one with a jacuzzi bathtub and two wash basins (for the double bedroom guest(s)) and a shared one with a shower tray (for the single bedroom guests).

- MONTHLY PRICE (inclusive of ALL utilities and service fees): gas/electricity*, Internet, water and weekly cleaning/maintenance of private and shared spaces.
* responsible consumption is highly appreciated. If gas and/or electricity bills exceed monthly average consumption, an offset surcharge shall be paid for by all guests on a pro rata basis.

Option A (4 guests, 2 bathrooms shared by two guests each):
- 3 single bedrooms = 669 € each (NO overnight guests)
- 1 double bedroom = 799 € (incl. private terrace - overnight guests allowed).

Option B (5 guests):
- 3 single bedrooms 649 € each (guests share bathroom no.1 - NO overnight guests)
- 1 double bedroom w/ 2 guests = 649 € each (guests share bathroom no. 2 w/ jacuzzi - private terrace - NO overnight guests).

HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is not allowed (only in the open-air terrace if the double bedroom guests wish so).
- Pets are allowed (only to linger in the double bedroom + terrace)
-Number of guests allowed: 4 or 5 max. (if double bedroom is shared by 2 flat mates). Single bedrooms cannot be shared by additional guests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 1-month deposit per tenant by bedroom type as per the information provided in the “Monthly price” section.
- Lease signed individually with each tenant as per the terms and conditions of the bedroom type and the corresponding services he/she is entitled to.
- We are professional real(educa)tors with experience in international organizations (United Nations, Instituto Cervantes, etc.) and have delivered foreign language training and cultural exchange programs in Spain, the UK, the US, Turkey, India, etc.
- We can speak Spanish (native), English and French fluently and can communicate with ease in Italian, Portuguese and Turkish.
- We're seeking to host international students who would like to enjoy their university year(s) in Madrid, while making the most of their academic life at IES University.
- We are extremely respectful for our tenants' privacy and do not interfere in their education priorities, that is to devote most of their time to pursuing their university studies.
- We don't live in the house but can pop in if asked to by our guests to assist them the best way possible.
- Our added value compared to other regular homestays / shared apartments is that we offer learning opportunities on demand (ie. "Spanish in a day") to enhance our guests' housing experience and provide them with an outstanding Spanish cultural immersion.

The apartment is just far enough from downtown Madrid so that you can get away from the hustle and bustle of a hectic city, yet close enough to enjoy Madrid's cultural offer and its vibrant atmosphere. It's located in the Madrid Nuevo Norte area and is very well connected by all means of transport.
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE:
- IE Tower University (20 min. walk). or just 10 min. by e-bike/scooter (BiciMad e-bike station is 300 meters away).
- Near La Vaguada and Caleido shopping centers and to Micampus residence halls where many IE students live.

¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?

Una vez que un anfitrión confirme su disponibilidad, puedes continuar con la reserva mediante el pago del 15% como tarifa de reserva (con un máximo de 250 $£€ para estancias de larga duración), utilizando uno de los siguientes métodos: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal (este último no está disponible en ciertos países). Posteriormente, pagarás al anfitrión el mismo día de la llegada, o según las condiciones descritas en el perfil del anfitrión y acordadas en el momento de la reserva. Hay que prestar especial atención a las solicitudes de pago por adelantado por parte del anfitrión, especialmente cuando estas condiciones de pago no están incluidas en el perfil del anifitrión. Todos nuestros anfitriones han sido informados de que si desean solicitar un pago por adelantado, deben indicarlo claramente en el perfil. En cualquier caso, recomendamos desconfiar de quienes soliciten que se realice un pago a través de Money Gram o Western Union.

¿Cuándo se publican los datos de contacto?

Las direcciones de email, los números de teléfono y la dirección postal del anfitrión y del huésped aparecerán reflejados en el email de confirmación que se les enviará a ambos inmediatamente después de la confirmación de la reserva. El intercambio de datos de contacto personales entre los anfitriones y los huéspedes a través de los mensajes que se envían a través de nuestra plataforma, va en contra de nuestra política.
