The apartment is located a few meters from the famous Barcelona Cathedral.
The location is the Gothic Quarter very famous for it's monuments and its secret places.
The location is central, you get to all the tourist places, restaurants, beach, nightclubs and cocktail bars on foot.
Check in time to the apartment is from 14:00.
Check out is at 12:00, There is an option to leave your things after check out.
When you enter the apartment you leave your shoes at the entrance, You have disposable slippers at your disposal to walk around in the apartment.
The rooms are private with large windows, decorated with different themes.
* The Golden Room & Private Study and King Room
Are rooms with a private study area, where you can work without any noise.
* The Queen Room is a room with large windows and a beautiful private terrace.
The towels that are delivered to you are a courtesy of the house.
The bathroom area is shared with the guests, you will always find it clean.
Cleanliness is very important in my apartment, because I like guests to feel at home.
The location is very central as you have the Cathedral of Barcelona and tourist places just a few meters away.
It's in the middle of El Gótico, where you can find everything you need to see in Barcelona.
It's close to everything museums historic buildings, but also Las Ramblas, the beach, clubs, shopping area, luxury boutiques etc etc.
You have a 2 minute walk to a Laundry and a 24hour Supermarket.
The apartment is situated about 2 minutes walking from the metro, bus and train stations. The public transport in Barcelona is excellent, easy to use and a cheap way to get yourself around town.

The first day of your arrival, you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
Payment methods are made through PayPal, That same day you will have to pay an economic deposit according to the days of the reservation.
That deposit will be returned the day you leave the room and the property in the proper conditions as you found it on the first day of your stay.
Check in time is at 13:30 and Check out time is from 12:00.
You can leave your bags after checking in and come to pick it up at the agreed time.
In the bathroom area, being shared by the guests, you will always find a person cleaning several times a day.
I like that the guests always feel at home.
Therefore, I always ask for ORDER and CLEANLINESS.
When entering and leaving the apartment, close the door very carefully without making a lot of noise.
After 22:00 moderate the tone of voice, do not speak as if you were in a disco.
If you arrive at dawn try not to scream inside the building, remember that there are other people sleeping.
The space of the shower screen is for one person.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, outside the building there is a park.

Sisi is a wonderful person. The time we spent in her apartment was a pleasure. She is a very cheerful, friendly and helpful person. She talked to us a lot in her free time and we enjoyed our time together. the apartment was always clean. Sisi takes care of everything, it is always clean and hygienic. There is everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen. Our room was comfortable with a balcony and fresh air. I recommend her apartment to anyone interested in spending their holidays in Barcelona. I hope that we will be her guests again in the future and repeat this wonderful experience.

Estuve con mi hija en apartamiento de Sisy. Esta muy limpio y muy cerca de Catedrala gotica, las Ramblas y lugares turisticos. Sisy esta muy amable y preparada para ayudar si nesesitas ayuda. I recommend you this place and this host.

A estadia na casa de Sisy em Barcelona não poderia ter sido melhor. O prédio fica muito bem localizado, bem próximo da catedral de Barcelona e dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade e do metrô, o que facilitou muito a nossa locomoção por lá. Sobre o apartamento: Sisy é a melhor pessoa para fazer você se sentir em casa. Logo no primeiro dia ela nos deu um tour e mostrou tudo o que estava a nosso dispor, tudo é extremamente organizado e limpo, principalmente o banheiro, mesmo sendo compartilhado entre os quartos, estava sempre limpo e cheiroso.
Mas a melhor parte da estadia foi a amizade que fizemos com a anfitriã Sisy. Ela foi extremamente receptiva, uma ótima companhia, conversamos muito, saímos juntas e até combinamos futuras viagens. Sisy saiba que agora você tem 3 amigas e casa pra ficar quando vier ao Brasil. Te amamos!! Até a próxima em Barcelona <3

The location is great. Didn’t need to use public transport much. Quiet. Loved the balcony to my room and facilities were good. Sisy is friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Sisy's place. Sisy was very welcoming and helpful, her home is very comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is great. Would highly recommend.

La casa di sisy è bellissima, ma soprattutto, pulitissima e centrale che è dire poco e infatti siamo usciti sempre a piedi ed eravamo vicino a tutto! Se torneremo a Barcellona torneremo anche da lei.
Sisy è disponibilissima, ci ha accolto di notte, anche durante il ritardo del nostro volo Ryanair e non solo ci ha dato ottimi consigli, ma l'ultimo giorno ci ha permesso di lasciare a casa sua gli zaini e tornarli a prendere dopo, tutto questo per farci godere appieno il nostro ultimo gg a Barcellona.

C’était vraiment un agréable séjour, Sysy est vraiment une bonne personne qui est présente pour aider quand on l’a sollicitait. Elle connaît bien la ville et l’appartement qui est confortable se trouve au milieu de beaucoup de lieu à visiter. Je vous recommande vivement d’aller chez elle, vous ne serez pas déçus.

¿Cómo se hace una reserva?
Ponte en contacto con el anfitrión acerca de la estancia - cuéntales algo de ti, de lo que te gusta, por qué estás buscando alojamiento y al mismo tiempo pregunta lo que necesites acerca de ellos. Podrás reservar inmediatamente después de enviar el mensaje.
¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?
Una vez que el anfitrión confirma que está disponible, podrás pagar el% en concepto de comisión 15% (máximo de 250 $£€ para reservas de larga duración) y un depósito del 25% mediante: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal. El depósito se cobra por adelantado en nombre del anfitrión para protegerse cuando el huésped no se presenta o cuando hay cancelaciones de última hora (dentro de los 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada). El resto de la cantidad, se le pagará al anfitrión en la fecha de llegada. El pago del 25% del depósito al anfitrión se realizará el segundo día hábil después de la fecha de llegada confirmada en la reserva. ¿Cuándo se publican los datos de contacto?
Las direcciones de email, los números de teléfono y la dirección postal del anfitrión y del huésped aparecerán reflejados en el email de confirmación que se les enviará a ambos inmediatamente después de la confirmación de la reserva. El intercambio de datos de contacto personales entre los anfitriones y los huéspedes a través de los mensajes que se envían a través de nuestra plataforma, va en contra de nuestra política.
