Somos Sean y Julia y nuestra casa está a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad de Cork. Tengo 2 habitaciones individuales disponibles para huéspedes de alojamiento familiar. También tenemos un pequeño perro llamado Murphy que es un West Highland Terrier muy amigable y amante de la diversión.
Sean tiene 47 años y disfruta cocinar, leer, socializar, viajar, la jardinería y la naturaleza. Habla inglés.
Julia tiene 39 años y disfruta cocinar, leer, caminar, hacer yoga, viajar y la naturaleza. Habla inglés y alemán.

Localización
Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada a unos 15-20 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad de Cork en un barrio residencial tranquilo y seguro. La parada de autobús está muy cerca de nuestra casa y desde allí operan varias líneas de autobús. Debido a que vivimos en una sección de la calle de un solo sentido, la calle afuera de nuestra casa es tranquila y tiene poco tráfico.
Un Tesco Express está a la vuelta de la esquina, y también hay otros supermercados a poca distancia. Puede llegar fácilmente a la parada principal de autobús oa la estación de tren, ya sea caminando o tomando el autobús. Podemos ayudarlo a organizar una bicicleta para su estadía, si lo desea, y podrá estacionarla de manera segura en nuestro jardín delantero.
Vivimos a solo 15 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto, a 5-10 minutos de la estación principal de autobuses, la parada de Aircoach y la estación de tren.

I spent my summer with Seán and Julia and from the moment I arrived I felt very welcomed. They take you in like you're one of the family and there's no pressure on you at all. Very laid back and friendly place to stay, like a home away from home with the freedom to come and go as you please. Seán was always available to talk about anything and give advice regardless of what it was, and little Murphy was always a joy to be around. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs to stay in Cork City, and it's within walking distance of all amenities too!

I book this homestay to work in Ireland and everything went just as I dreamed, thanks to Sean, who helped me with the procedures and gave me valuable advices from day one. The location of the home is perfect, the bus stop is 3 minutes away and you are 15 minutes walk from the city center. Moreover, you can share a beer and a good meal cooked by Julia while watching a football game with little Murphy waiting to lick the yoghurt, happy days!

Sean and Julia welcomed me with much care and attention and always made sure that I was doing well. They are easy to talk to and you can always ask for help if you need it. The place is lovely and you only have to walk about 20 minutes to get to the city center. Overall it was a great experience and as a college student, I can say it was refreshing to know that I was coming home in a place where I felt safe.

Being with Sean, Julia and little Murphy this summer was great! Couldn't be better at home with an atmosphere full of love, care and attention at every moment. Friendly and really helpful people when I planned trips to different places around Cork.
Surely, now I know where I,d stay when coming back to Ireland!!!!!

The beautiful flowers welcoming guests in the lovely front garden are an indication as to what to expect in the house itself: A colourful home to attentive and caring host, filled with interesting stories from all over the world.
Sean and Julia treated me like family from the moment I set foot into their house, making it a home for me from the very beginning of my stay. They were exceptionally kind and respectful and made it clear that I could address them regarding any issues I might have during my time in Cork. Also, they provided me with advice on what to do and see around the area, which was greatly appreciated! They seemed to take a genuine interest in what I was doing and I'll enjoy looking back at some entertaining conversations we had. I absolutely loved the heating, too! Sean would sometimes turn it on just for me when he noticed I was cold. The house was very clean at all times beginning with a spotless shower and toilet to a radiant kitchen floor. The WIFI worked flawlessly, the house is at a nice walking distance to the city center and the kitchen was very easy to use. Not forgetting to mention Murphy, the adorable little dog that I'll probably miss most!
I'd highly recommend this home to people looking for a place to stay in Cork with an ideal balance between privacy and conviviality. Sean & Julia: Thanks a million for having me, it was a pleasure to stay with you! I can in all honesty say that I do not regret chosing your place one second.

Logement petit mais confortable avec un hôte très accueillant.
Petite précision concernant le transport, j'étais étudiante à UCC, et il fallait compter environ 30 minutes à 1 heure pour se rendre à l'école (40 minutes à pied, et les bus sont très irréguliers).agosto 2019
I staid for 2 months with Sean Julia and the little Murphy. It was very wonderful and lovely. The house is perfect and well placed (just 10 minutes by walk). They are very nice and helpful. I recommand a lot!☘️☘️

One word resume my period with Sean and Julia: Family! If you look to one house, 15 minutes to Center of City, single room and one special guy (dog) named Murphy! I lovely live 2 months in this place!
