- 12-minute walk to York University.
- 30 minutes drive to downtown Toronto.

Bedroom 1 is east-facing with a large bright window with a comfortable double bed.
Bedroom 2 is south-facing with a large bright window with a double bed and a single bed and a private washroom.
Guests will have wi-fi access and are also welcome to use the kitchen.

Hello, I am Michelle and I help my mother to host Homestay, she is retired and her children have all grown up. My brother lives with her to help her out and we have three extra bedrooms to host visitors for short-term and long-term stay periods in the cute and cozy third bedroom of my house.

Cancellations for advance bookings/Booking updates:
***Guests who want to cancel reservations, must notify the host, 4 weeks before arrival, to be able to accept new guests.
***Remaining balance must be paid upon arrival***
***Minimum booking is at least 1 week and the maximum is up to a year. Confirmed short-term bookings should notify the host if there are changes.

I stayed in one of the rooms for about 4 months for an exchange to YorkU and I absolutely loved it! The host is an amazing and super kind woman, you immediately feel at home with her.100% recommend it to anyone who's staying in Toronto!

We had the greatest experience in this house, the room was spacious and so clean. The owner provided us everything needed. We stayed there for 10 nights, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is so close to York University too, so You can walk a few minutes to get there.

My experience with this homestay was AWESOME. Michelle, Mummy and her family are very kind, friendly, respectful, and generous people. They helped me with every question and made me feel like I had never left my home. Whether you are a student or a tourist, the place is perfect because it's located in a quiet neighborhood with many parks, stores, restaurants and easy access to public transportation. My room was big, quiet, bright and very clean. All amenities like a bathroom and kitchen are also very clean and always maintained. Overall, I would recommend this homestay to everyone. Thank you Michelle and Mummy for making my stay perfect. I wish you and your family all the best.

¿Cuándo se realiza el pago?
Una vez que el anfitrión confirma que está disponible, podrás pagar el% en concepto de comisión 15% (máximo de 250 $£€ para reservas de larga duración) y un depósito del 25% mediante: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB y PayPal. El depósito se cobra por adelantado en nombre del anfitrión para protegerse cuando el huésped no se presenta o cuando hay cancelaciones de última hora (dentro de los 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada). El resto de la cantidad, se le pagará al anfitrión en la fecha de llegada.
