  Phil was the perfect guest for us starting out. He was working a lot so we barely saw him but when we did he was polite and friendly. Felt very comfortable having him in the house, would highly recommend. He was generous enough to offer us some helpful tips on things we could do to help improve guests experience when staying with us when we asked for feedback. A perfect house guest, with some great stories who we would welcome back anytime
