#1 - MASTER BEDROOM is a large private bedroom with a queen size bed and hardwood floor, nightstands with decorative lamps, sleeping sofa (which can be transformed to a full size bed), closet with hangers, working/dressing desk, hair dryer, WiFi, large TV with Netflix and RoKu, and alarm clock.
PRIVATE HALF BATHROOM - Toilet and sink.
PLEASE NOTE: To have the sofa bed set up, please let me know 12 hours in advance. For 2 guests I prepare only one bed.
Clean blankets, pillows, towels are provided.
2 adults maximum.
#2 - BEDROOM is a private bedroom with a queen size bed and hardwood floor, nightstand with decorative lamp, closet with hangers, working/dressing desk with mirror, hair dryer, WiFi, TV with Netflix and Roku, and alarm clock.
Clean blankets, pillows, towels are provided.
SHARED LIVING ROOM - Large and sunny room with a large TV with Netflix, sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, access to outdoor space and backyard. Great room to relax, watch TV, and chill.
SHARED KITCHEN – Fully equipped full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, cleaning supplies and utensils.
SHARED LAUNDRY AREA - Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
SHARED MASTER BATHROOM - Bathtub and shower. Soap, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
I live in the property. The best way to communicate with me is to send a text after the booking.

Home is very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. Parking on premises is not possible for more than one guest, but neighborhood parking is very close and is even shaded much of the day. The neighborhood itself seems to be very safe, and the street noise is not disturbing though it's on a boulevard with fast traffic.
