Pet-free and smoke-free, our home is a newly refurbished Victorian maisonette with all the modern comfort and meets all the safety standards. Right by Victoria Park, it has spacious rooms with high ceiling and ample light. The house is a corner unit with a hair salon and an offie on the ground floor and we have our own private entrance/hallway. Our guest rooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom/shower ( not en suite ). On the same level there are also our modern kitchen and family sitting room. The bedrooms and family bathroom of the hosts ( we are a couple with a 8 Y. O. daughter) are on a different floor so you will have plenty of privacy, but our guests are always welcomed to socialise in the kitchen or sitting room.

Our house is in a safe residential area on the north side of Victoria Park ( also within walking distance to Devonport Park and Central Park). With a bus stop in front of us, the bus takes you to town in 5 mins. City centre, Plymouth train station and coach station are all within walking distance. You can also easily walk to local attractions like Royal William Yard, the Hoe and the Barbicans. There is a local Co-op and a cake shop across the street from us. A laundrette, the post office are also just around the corner.

No smokers and no pets please. And please do not leave food waste in the bedroom. You are welcomed to use the toaster, kettle, fridge, and microwave any time but please discuss with the host if you wish to use the oven or cooking hob.

Lovely host. I was made to feel so welcome. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, and peaceful. It was a wonderful time. Thank you Silvia and family for everything. I would highly recommend anyone to stay.
