Staying with Hale was like visiting a relative that you have not seen for a while. Hale made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. She is a great cook, encouraging her guest to eat well, and she is lively conversation while also perfectly happy respecting the guest their privacy. I stayed for 3 weeks during covid restrictions coming and going while Hale stayed in, and her place felt like home to me. Rooms very comfortable and also a good shower. Friend for life I think, thank you Hale xx.

Hale was very hospitable, welcoming, friendly, and helpful
She showed me how to use public transport, gave me helpful suggestions, and cooked delicious vegan food for me
Her place is in a great location, very easy to get to the city centre

Hale is a super host. We learned so much from her extensive knowledge of Turkish culture, cuisine and history. Hale is a fabulous cook. We felt like we were an honoured guest in her home.

I loved my time in Istanbul with Hale. Hale is a wonderful host. She took very good care of me and helped me with anything that I needed. She is a amazing cook- every day a big and delicious breakfast and dinner. It felt like I was staying with an old friend or a family member. The home is very nice and in a very good location. It is very close to public transportation and it is very easy to visit any place of interest in Istanbul. Hale is a kind a friendly person. I really enjoyed talking with her every day and learning about her life. I hope to return one day. I highly recommend to stay with Hale in Istanbul!

Travelled to a lot of places ın my tıme but never quıte had such a warm welcomıng as I have from the Turkısh people. Hale ıs so kınd and helpful goıng out of her way to make her guests comfortable. Her home cooked food ıs very tasty. She also makes lovely patchwork pıllows and bags. I would defınately lıke to stay wıth Hale agaın.

The week i stayed at Hale's home was very very nice. She is a very hospitable and available hostess. I had the feeling that i was at a friend's home. And she cooks various and delicious food. Furthermore it is easy to reach the center (a lot of buses very near). Without any doubt i will visit her again. Hale Teşekkür ederim.

Hale was amazing. It felt like I was staying with a family member. Every morning, 5 star breakfast, homemade dinner. And the best her companionship.helped us how to get around.there is no one like her. Great location. I would definitely stay with her again.

Warm house, lovely & caring host. Hale is very helpful, kind person, treated me as one of her family members. I felt I'm at home. The apartment is close to Yildiz park, amazing park to relax, the apartment is surrounded by many cafes. Hale was an excellent guide to the area. I was lucky to meet Hale, and I'm coming to visit her again for sure.
