I live in the heart of historic Perugia, small beautiful town, in a lovely apartment in the top of the old town.
I offer different types of accommodation: rooms with private bathroom and rooms in shared apartment. All accommodation are in central position, few steps from the university
I offer homestay accommodation since 2003,
I worked in the past with foreign students,
I like to host people from all over the world.
I can arrange international dinners, tandem conversation, guided tours and excursions, cooking courses and private lessons of Italian language through a good local school.

Anna Maria is kind and helpful. Many people like her so much that they keep coming back to stay with her. The location is great - in the historical center of town in a picturesque and vibrant neighborhood. For students attending Università per stranieri, the short walk from Anna Maria’s to the zUniversità can be down the Via Ulisse Rocco, which the Rough Guide says is Perugis’s oldest street, and under an Etruscan Arch.

Staying with Anna was a wonderful experience and certainly enhanced the time I spent in Perugia. My accommodation was a comfortable lower ground floor studio flat with a view across the roof tops and countryside. Anna’s house was next door and convenient for breakfast. She also offered evening meals on request. What was particularly enjoyable was the chance to practise speaking Italian with her which she was happy to do. A further advantage of staying there was the location which is right in the heart of the historical centre. All in all I was very impressed by the degree of hospitality offered by Anna and very glad to have found her through home stay, which is a convenient way of finding accommodation.

Anna-Maria is kind and helpful. I wished I could spent some more time with her. She is always busy. The location is close to a main squaire. Everything is in a walking distance. If you like to enjoy Mideival ambiance, come to Perugia and stay with Annar Maira.
