We live in a two storey house in Clontarf and have one twin room available to rent and one double room to rent. The twin room can be rented by two or just one person. We have two bathrooms in the house, with a shower and bath in one, and a shower in the smaller one. Our family consists of - Mam - Una - Dad - Noel - Son - Matthew 24, Daughter Hannah 22 and Son - Robert 20 and Lexi the dog - 6 years old …

Über die Gegend
We live in Clontarf, which is on Dublin’s Northside. 15 mins by bus from Dublin City Centre. There are bus stops at the top and bottom of our road. There are also bus stops at Malahide Road which bring you straight over to southside of city.
The seafront is 5 mins down the road from our house. The beach is a 10 min drive or a 30 min walk along the beautiful promenade at the end of our road. There are 3 local golf courses. There are 2 restaurants at the end of our road along with an Indian and an Italian take away. There are also 2 clothes boutiques and a chemist (pharmacy). There is also a hair salon and 2 barbers at the end of the road along with a dry cleaners.
The airport is approx 20/25 mins drive.
Harry Byrnes pub is at the top of our road and has a fab beer garden.
The Yacht pub is at the bottom of the road and serves pub food downstairs and has a new fab restaurant upstairs.
There is a large Supervalu supermarket 10 mins walk in Killester or there is Nolans supermarket on Vernon Avenue which is 15 mins walk away.
There is a Lidl and Aldi approx 20 mins walk from us in East Wall.

Una was a kindness person. I really enjoyed my stay with her family. The room was huge and very well appointed. The sea is near of the house which makes for nice walks after work

I really appreciated my week at Una's home. She was very welcoming and helpfull. It was nice as well to be not so far frome the center and to go for a walk on the Clontarf promenade.
Bedroom and barhroom were very clean and the bed so comfortable.

Una and her family are the best landlords in Dublin. For those of us who are far from home and starting to live in Ireland I can’t imagine a better welcome to a foreign country than people like Una. The neighborhood is beautiful, the house and accommodation are GREAT! Thanks Una and Noel for everything!

Una and her family, including the sweet dog. they are amazing human beings. The house is great, but if it were a cave, you would feel fine.

While staying here it felt like home. All the family is really nice and helpful, I didn't have any problem.
At the beginning my room was cold and Una was so gentle to let me use a movable heater for all the duration of my stay.
The location is really good, you've transports and supermarket really near it (one little shop in 5 minutes that is more expensive and another in 15 minutes walk that is a supermarket).Even if a bit far from city center (around 30 minutes with public transports) I would definitely recommend the place, especially during summer due to the vicinity to the sea.
Thanks Una and all! Give a pat to Lexi, she waited for me every night when I came back but I didn't had the chance to say goodbye to her when I leaved :)
