Zimmer für Paare mit separatem Eingang, in einem Einfamilienhaus in einer Wohngegend mit schöner und gesunder Umgebung in Nuevo Vedado, La Habana. Es ist 20 Minuten mit dem Auto vom internationalen Flughafen Jose Marti entfernt. Unser Haus ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt, die Verbindungen zur gesamten Insel Kuba bietet, die ebenfalls 30 Autominuten von den östlichen Stränden entfernt liegt Minuten in die Innenstadt und 15 Minuten nach Old Havanna auch mit dem Auto. Ganz in unserer Nähe haben wir auch interessante Zentren für Touristen wie den Platz der Revolution, den Zoo, die Sportstadt, die kubanische Kunstfabrik, das Nationaltheater und andere. Wir haben auch sehr gute Restaurants, Geschäfte, Cafeterias, Bars und Nachtclubs in der Nähe. Nuevo Vedado, die Nachbarschaft, in der wir uns befinden, ist auch in der Nähe der wichtigsten und urigsten Hauben der Hauptstadt.

Zimmer für Paare mit eigenem Eingang, in einem Einfamilienhaus in einem Wohngebiet mit schöner und gesunden Umwelt in Nuevo Vedado, Havanna. Es ist nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zum internationalen Flughafen Jose Marti, unser Haus ist 300 Meter von einer Bushaltestelle der Dienstleistungen für die gesamte Insel Kuba bietet, auch nach 30 Minuten der Ost-Strände entfernt mit dem Auto, 10 Minuten die Innenstadt und 15 Minuten zum Old Havana auch mit dem Auto. Ganz in der Nähe unserer Lage Auch interessant wir haben für Touristen Zentren wie Platz der Revolution, der Zoo, Sport City, Cuban Art Factory, das Nationaltheater und andere. Wir haben auch sehr nah an uns sehr gute Restaurants, Geschäfte, Cafés, Bars und Nachtclubs. Nuevo Vedado, die Nachbarschaft, wo wir uns befinden, es ist auch sehr nahe an den wichtigsten und malerischen Hauben der Hauptstadt.

Family was very kind and Adres speaks fluent english. Location was pretty good as we wanted to walk a little. Zoo and cemetery are nearby. Cafeteria with breakfast was found after some searching and a good restaurant behind the corner. It was so popular and no resevations taken that we didn't try it. We enjoyed buffet breakfast twice in Tulipan hotel which is 10 minutes walk from the house and five pesos only. Taxi to the old town took 15 cuc.
Our room is ideal for a single person, but for a couple it is a bit small. Shower and toilet as well as entrance are separate.Oktober 2018

I highly recommend Andres Casa, Andre was very helpful, explained and showed me around area. His Mama made me delicious breakfast, a studio is very clean and it has own entrance which is very convenient. The location is perfect close to Viazul Station and not to far from the Airport. I will be happily return back...Thank you fro everything Andres.

I enjoyed my stay in this Casa, Andres was very helpful specially at the beginning showed me around, explained me what is around.
The room is nice, has everything what you need.. the fridge, fan, wardrobe, double bed etc, own bathroom and most important own entrance.Juni 2018
I had a perfect stay in the casa of Andre Luis. He and his family were very helpfull and they gave me a lot of tips and tricks what to do in Havana. He knows the best restaurant in town. The room is nice and clean. For me i had a perfect stay in Havana at the casa of Andres Luis.

What can I say? Beautiful People. Beautiful place. I was quite actually sad in fact to leave. When you realize just how cool, respectful, open & sincere it make you realize what the hell is wrong with Americans here in the States. I wish I could've stayed longer. Once you get to know People & People get to know you & just how tranquil & peaceful really abroad it made me want to Stay. Makes you realize what you're missing & just how awesome the Cuban People are. This is why I told Andres to Stay, it would only ruin his good nature. Would I go back? Absolutely. A little longer next time. See you later Andres & Give your Mom & Dad a hug for me. Don't change.Dont let life change you either. And study study study. You inspired me to take that next step. Top score without a doubt! This family is wonderful! They are all extremely polite, friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast is very good! We were sorry to only be able to stay one night. Andrés organizes a night tour that we did not have the chance to do, but if you have the opportunity, enjoy it. The house is very close to the viazul bus station.

I am not one to leave reviews and rarely do but I felt it necessary to do so on this occasion. In my travel all across Cuba, I stayed in many different casas and really nice hotels but this was my favourite. The casa is in Plaza de la revolucion, on the same street where Che Guevara's kids and went school with a Che museum at the end of the street! The street has a great historical significance in Cuba. It's not far from town and if you get to understand Cuban transport it's only 1 cuc on the bus to town. There is a private entrance and bathroom to the house and the rooms are really nice.
What really remained in my memory was the family. Andreas and his family were absolutely amazing. Andreas speaks fluent English and knows a lot about Cuba and the area. His dad is an inexhaustible well of information and knows a lot of stuff although he speaks a little English, if Andreas is there he often interprets and its also a great way to improve your Spanish.
This family treated me like their own son and they were so helpful whilst also respecting privacy. I really enjoyed my stay in this casa, I enjoyed it so much that I changed plans and stayed an extra 3 days. Cuba in itself is a beautiful country but my stay at this casa made my experience even much better. I made relationships with this family which will probably last a lifetime and I would honestly recommend this casa to anyone who wants to have a grand experience in Cuba. If you are ever in Havana, I would recommend no other place than this casa. You will have a grand story to tell!. Mucha Gracias
