Upscale, beautiful, convenient and a safe location with a security system.
Willing to give the whole unit with the 2 bedrooms for $300 less
2 Exceptionally large rooms with attached study room in the basement. All rooms furnished with beddings.
Sharing a fully equipped kitchen and an attached 4 piece washroom. TV room with cable and wifi.
20 minutes walk to University of Toronto Scarborough campus, Centennial College Morningside campus.
10 minutes by bus to Centennial College, Progress Campus,
Scarborough and close to PAN AM games pool
Steps to bus every 10 minutes…3 different routes
House is backed to a quiet park
Walking distance to, food takeouts…Indian, Chinese, Italian etc., and Convenient stores. Also to nature walks, river and trails.
Laundry once a week
Preferably long term 2 single students.
Also ideal for a couple with extra room as a study/gym. Will reduce the price for both room.

Careful with hot water and electricity.
Secure inside door. Alarm on after 12pm unless advised.
Preferably use the mini kitchen upstairs with microwave, fridge, etc.
Cooking once a day downstairs kitchen. Please clean after use.
No excessive noise after 10 pm.
Prefer long term.
Occasional visitors, with permission.
Laundry once a weeks, clean and vacuum room
Arrival with clean cloths.

I am so glad that I found Sarah and Sathi home on homestay.com, because Sarah and her husband are really friendly and kind people, ready to help. And their house is a nice and clean place, very comfortable and beautiful, located in quiet and safety area. There are a several bus stations close to the house (3-7 minute walking) and grocery stores (10 minutes by bus or 25 walking).

Sarah and Sarah's family are very kind and friendly. The house is nicer, more gorgeous and beautiful than the pictures. Sarah and Sarah's family made my stay in Toronto a special experience! For someone who's new to Canada like me, Sarah and her husband will make you feel right at home. Thank you both for being so warm and for being so patient with answering my never ending questions about this and that. It was lovely staying at your place and I'd suggest this for anyone and everyone looking for a home away from home.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Sarah and her family. They're extremely warm and friendly people. They've gone out of their way to help me out on many occasions. The rooms are always in a very good condition. The house is extremely beautiful. I thank them for their warm hospitality.
