They put 2 bedrooms at the guests service and will be helping you with any activities you can asked while you visit Trinidad, from dependable bikes, beautiful horse carriage tours or antique cars to travel to beautiful places around.

The place
A colonial house renovated keeping the original entrance of the house and the guests will be sharing the livings areas at the street level.
On the second level both bedrooms offer the privacy for the guests and the third level will be showing the Trinidad beauty on the roof terrace.

Bathrooms are equipped with sanitary paper, soap, shampoo, gel and towels.
The guest will be accessing all the before mentioned areas on the house.
The price per night includes welcome cocktail, towels for the beach and daily room cleaning.
Extra services: Wi-Fi, lunch and dinner with a house chef, snack bar until 12 midnight, tours, excursions, hairdresser at the house.
For the use of the Wi-Fi services please advise that you will be need to purchase pre-paid cards from Etecsa. Although it is normally 24 hours available we are not responsible for failures on the provider side.
Services included: The apartment will be cleaned, including towel and sheet and changes according to the guests needs.

House Rules
The tranquility of the house must be respected, so as not to disturb the guests.
The presence of night visitors is not allowed to sleep in the rooms. This decision is based on ensuring the safety of the client and the other guests. It also helps to maintain the tranquility of our guest house and the family atmosphere that characterizes us.
Smoking is allowed in the yard and terraces of the house.
The accommodation will have masks to provide the client if he requests it. We have a disinfectant solution for customer use
Rooms:
-The room has a minimal decoration, in the room a deep cleaning of the walls, floors, ceilings, mirrors and windows, furniture, equipment and decorative elements, mini bar and everything inside, handles, filters are carried out after each departure of the air conditioning… The bathroom trash can have a lid, bag and non-manual operation. The replacement of towels and lingerie is carried out, whenever the client requests it, mandatory every 3 days and at every departure of clients, our lingerie is all white and very clean, washed with soap and chlorine at + 60 degrees and is brought to the room after being cleaned is. Dirty lingerie is deposited in bags. The room will be angry and the daily cleaning if the client requests it will be done without the present.
Breakfast:
-There are 2 rooms and each one has its breakfast table. At the terminal the service cleans the surfaces of tables and chairs. The cutlery and crockery will be provided completely clean.
Menu cards are not used. We explain the menu verbally. The service is performed on an outdoor patio. The table linen is for single use and its washing meets cleaning standards.
Common zones:
-We have increased the cleaning frequency according to its use in these areas, ensuring the absence of humidity, emptying daily bins, disinfecting surfaces, etc. We have removed books, magazines and brochures.
Whenever you need more soap supplements, toilet paper, plastic bags, we will provide them.
Finding us all in a clean and pleasant environment is healthy for everyone.
Smoking is allowed indoors.

We loved this place. We stayed for two days with the family. We had a flat tyre and the family helped us with the spare tyre and finding an garage voor repair. The casa is close to the centre. The rooms clean. The breakfasts were lovely.

Yeny nos recibió muy bien con un jugo de fruta natural y la gentileza de su persona. La habitación con baño es pequeña para nuestras grandes valijas pero...todo es funcional y en buen estado. La casa está muy bien ubicada a pocos pasos de la Plaza Mayor punto central de la ciudad. El desayuno propuesto es muy completo y bien presentado. Yeny es una persona muy amable e intencionada. Nosotros recomendamos con entusiasmo esta casa particular.

This is really a top adress! Located in the centre, a nice decorated room, free towels for the beach and an extensive breakfast with even pancakes. But most of all Yeni is a nice and warm person who helps you as much she can.

A wonderful comfortable house in the historic center with a lovely host Yeny who always helped us organize trips around the area. She also prepared great breakfasts. Yeny made us feel at home. Thanks Yeny and sending lots of greetings from winter Europe. Ivana a Tomas

Yeny and here familiy are the example of kindness. Sofia (her daughter) made us laugh all the time and even gave us a drawing. Breakfast was very good and everything was there. The room was big en the bathroom had everything we needed. The recommendations Yeny gave us for the restaurants and for the waterfall were all very good. The location of the casa is good and near the city centre.

A great stay. Warm and lovely people, lovely place to be about 150 from the historical centre. They were so helpfull with everything. The room and bathroom where super, and the breakfast was fantastic. Every dag fresh fruit, pancakes, cookey's, fresh juice and eggs. Really a fantastic stay in Trinidad. Would you like to stay in Trinidad then we recommend this casa Sofia.

Thank you Yeny for being an amazing host! Also her husband and her daughter are very welcoming. We really felt at home in your cosy, very clean and spacious house. It was lovely having access to the upper balcony. We also enjoyed our breakfast, which yeny made to perfection. Would highly recommend staying here, so that Trinidad can be enjoyed even more.

We stayed with you for 4 nights. The room was clean, big and looked really nice. The roof terrace was great and the breakfast delissious. Thank you for having us, you are a great host and where there whenever we needed anything.
