About the Homestay
Our house was built in 1906 and restored in 2015. Our family is composed of two marriages: my daughter and her husband and my wife and me.
The room we have available for guests has a bathroom with hot and cold water, air conditioning, fan, a double bed and a personal bed.
In the house we have as common areas a hallway, a living room, a parlor, a courtyard with a garden with a pergola, tables and chairs, a weeping wall fountain with fish, and a place where we prepare some food for the guests . We offer breakfast service, dinner, snacks, cocktails, etc.
In our house there is connection to wifi 24 hours which is accessed through a coupon that is purchased at the offices of Etecsa.
We provide rental facilities for old cars for the transfer to the northern keys of Villa Clara or anywhere else in Cuba.
You can visit our house by bike and we have place to store them.
Remedios is a town founded 505 years ago, full of legends and poetry, tortuous streets,
museums of history, of music and of parrandas. It is the only town in Cuba with two Catholic churches in the central plaza and this is due to one of its legends, that of the Virgen del Buen Viaje, which is the Remedian Virgin.

About the Area
Our house is located only 100 meters from the center of the village. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Legends and traditions are breathed in it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
