About the Area
Ubicada en la misma Plaza Vieja del Centro Histórico de la ciudad, en un antiguo Palacio colonial, por lo que está rodeada de un entorno muy cubano y una excelente vida cultural. Cercana a distancia caminable de muchos lugares de interés turístico. Para desayunar, puedes hacerlo en la misma casa o en el café Bohemia.

The location and cleanliness of this casa were major pros during our stay. However, compared to the other casas we stayed at, we felt less welcome here and a bit more disconnected from the host. The place was still fine.

Fantastische plek in Havana met een fijn balkon aan een prachtig plein. Het was een prima plek om Havana te verkennen. Adis, de hostess, was altijd in de buurt of goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Appartement was ruim en schoon. Ontbijt prima. Een echte aanrader!

La casa espectacular, Adis la chica que nos atendió un encanto nos ayudó con el internet que en un primer momento no teníamos , nos ayudó con la casa de la música y con otras cosas más , nos preparó unos desayunos espectaculares, que rico ese jugo de mango! ,la habitación espectacular con unas vistas a la plaza vieja muy bonitas , lo único negativo el cambio de euros a pesos , en la casa nos lo cambiaron a 240
y unas horas más tarde cambiamos en la calle al guia del free tour a 300 y nos dimos cuenta que nos tomaron un poco el pelo con eso en la casa , tengan cuidado con el cambio de divisas!July 2024
Our first time in Cuba and so glad we chose to visit here first, absolutely stunning colonial building on a traditional square, Adis was at hand to arrange everything from a taxi to collect us from the airport to trips and making us breakfast, always messaged back straight away and so useful for navigating first time visitors. Having read previous negative reviews regarding noise, yes obviously the large suite bedroom can get very loud as overlooking a square full of bars and restaurants playing live music and gathered locals, it's Cuba, just take ear plugs or join them! C’était un merveilleux séjour dans la vieille Havane, architecture splendide avec une vue sur la Plaza Vieja qui a elle seule restera dans mes souvenirs, le personnel était très amicale et accommodant, Le Soleil a brillé tout les matins pour le petit déjeuner sur le balcon.

The apartment in Plaza Vieja is situated in the most perfect location in all of Havana...I honestly can't think of anywhere more picturesque to stay. It has beautiful views of the plaza where we sat on the balcony taking in the hustle and bustle. The apartment is very modern by Cuban standards and very clean. The hosts made our stay very comfortable and were so helpf in giving advice and organising our time, explaining currency and what to expect etc. We enjoyed typical Cuban breakfast at the apartment for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this apartment. Do take some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper but the noise in the evening is a small price to pay for the perfect location!

Great and really central place in Havana. Great rooms, and the hosts was really great. All though they only spoke Spanish, or little English, we managed to communicate and got really good help when we needed. Would recommend to others.

A very nice place to enjoy your Havana time. Clean, all utilities inside, big room, perfect location, nice panoramic view on Plaza Vieja, the place where a lot of things are happening day and night. Maybe a little bit noisy by night after your Havana tours but hey, you are in the middle of everything. Maria is 'una chica maravillosa' so helpful in preparing our stay, attentive to details and providing us a lot of tips and trkcks for your stay. Definitely I recommend this place and host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
