Hostal Marisa is located a few meters from the famous corner of 23 and 12. It is easily connected to Old Havana and other tourist sites in the city. Located opposite the cemetery of Columbus and a few minutes walk from the Plaza of the Revolution.
The apartment is completely renovated. study is rent with 16 square meters room, private bathroom and terrace. Equipped with a double bed and other staff, air conditioning, gas stove, TV, hot and cold water 24 hours a day, refrigerator, wardrobe, hair dryer, 110 and 220 volts.

Our apartment is directly opposite the Colon Cemetery, a few meters from the corner of 23 and 12, a 10 minute walk from Revolution Square and well connected to the main tourist sites of the city.

Respect and common sense. If use of public areas is should leave it as it was. If they bring someone resident in the country should communicate. You can smoke on the terrace.

I could not be happier with my stay at Maritza's. The apartment was very spacious and very clean, and Maritza was such a gracious and helpful hostess. Breakfast every morning was both healthy (lots of fruits) and plentiful. I had a special request for two dinners, and was not disappointed. I not only highly recommend this Casa, but will be returning again....for sure. The location which is a five minute walk from the tour bus stop and many attractions is also a plus.

The stay in Maritza's house was perfect, a big room with all we need and a shower. She help us when we arrived in the Havana and also when we leaved Cuba with his niece very nice.

Martiza is a great host. She's extremely helpful and will go out of her way to make sure that you have a comfortable stay.
The room itself is clean, spacious and has a connected bathroom, which was great!

Maritza is a diamond!
We felt so welcome, comfortable and felt like we we at home, also I must mention Maritza's eggs and coffee are the best we had in Cuba!Location is good, not far from the main ave 23, its walking distance to Plaza de la Revolucion and of course the beautiful cemetery is across the road.
The room is large and comfortable, with everything you need for a few nights stay.We highly recommend staying with Maritza, she is truly the most friendliest, gorgeous host in all of Cuban!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
