It is located in a privileged area of Matanzas, near many malls, shops, cafes, clubs, money exchange, rental cars, banks, grocery, beach, just 200 meters from the Bay and 30 km of Varadero. It has 1 bedroom with private bathroom, two terraces in the sun and in the shade as well as a run portal where you can enjoy the breeze bouncing the waters of the Bay. We offer food service breakfast and Creole lunches, 1 minibar where you enjoy the most diverse Cuban sips as; mojitos, daikiri, cubanitos, bloodletting, and various tasty to the palate wines. The room has air conditioning, hot and cold water, fans, refrigerator, one double bed and a personal, it is safe in order to offer customers comfort and safety. laundry, taxi and translator of English and French is provided. We have INTERNET services and international mail. We are two professionals with 11 years of experience in this work people working every day to ensure your customer happy stay in our Villa

La chambre que propose Andres et Dianes est agréable pour dormir. Nous conseillons de prendre un petit-déjeuner chez eux, qui est très bon et très copieux.
Le quartier est calme car excentré du centre.

Staying was great.
Andres and his wife are lovely and happy to help. We Can speak english spanish french with Them. We had a great breakfast. We stayed one night. The bedroom and especially bathroom was great. We could easily go back there If we have the opportunity. Muchas Gracias.Host reply

Diana e Andreas sono innanzitutto dei grandissimi host!!!
Ci hanno ospitato in modo favoloso, con molto calore e simpatia, aiutandoci in tutto e consigliandoci una delle gite più belle che abbiamo fatto nei nostri 15 giorni a Cuba: navigazione e pranzo sul Rio grande!
Inoltre Diana è un'ottima cuoca e ci ha preparato ottime cene, casa pulita molto accogliente e con Lia, deliziosa cagnolina della casa!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
