I live in a legendary 39 stores building of the 50´s in the center of the city, alone with my cat, and very glad to receive new friends from all over the world. I offer a room in my apartment, very comfortable, with double bed and ensuite bathroom., including all the needed features (air conditioning, cold and warm water supply, hair dryer, linen, tv set, fridge, etc).

About the Area
The apartment is in the Focsa building, one of the seven wonders of the cuban civilian architecture, near to the Havana seawall (malecon). This was, at the time of its construction, the 2nd highest apartment building in the world made in concrete. It is a quiet neighborhood, with many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The building has malls, night club, restaurants, radio and tv broadcasting studios.

Cuando escogí esta casa quise romper con los esquemas de los review y aveturarme a tener una experiencia con un host desconocido y que por las tendencias le costaria trabajo tener un primer cliente.Sin embargo, pienso que hice la eleccion correcta.Gracias por todo Angelina, te recomiendo 100%

Estar en casa de Angelina es una de las mayores experiencias que he tenido.Nos recibió en casa con mucho cariño.Nos tenia preparado un jugo exquisito que vino muy bien para este calor.La habitación se encuentra en el 9no piso, en un edificio muy conocido( Edificio FOCSA) en el que puedes encontrar restaurantes, bares, mercados y está cerca de todo, de la centrica calle 23 en la que podrás tomar taxis económicos que te lleven hacia cualquier parte. Muy cerca tienes paladares o restaurantes con una gran variedad, así como conexión a la wifi. Es un edificio muy seguro, los elevadores funcionan perfectamente.Te sentirás muy seguro. La habitación tiene entrada independiente a la casa aunque puedes acceder al resto del apartamento.La habitación es amplia y ventilada.El agua fria y caliente me funcionó perfectamente. Desde la terraza tienes una vista espectacular de la ciudad. Ah muy importante, no sentirás ruido así que después de una larga caminata en la ciudad podrás descansar con total tranquilidad. Fue una estancia maravillosa.La recomiendo 100%.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
