We offer you a pleasant stay in a house with total privacy and security, modern decor in a residential area of the capital Havana for up to 2 people. A heated and spacious room with a double bed. Suitable for long stays or, if you prefer, as a step towards other parts of the country. At the house guests can make use of the very spacious terrace where you can sit and relax and smoke if they wish.

About the Area
It is located in an easily accessible location, two blocks from Avenida 41 widely used. Just one block from the house is the legendary Tropicana cabaret, one of the most famous tourist destinations in the world. A few blocks away is the Maternidad Obrera hospital.

Bit hard to find, the apartment is actually on a footpath so most taxi drivers need to ask around. It's beside a park that has wifi, a small grocery store, fast food restaurants and the all important bank. Lay and her family are really friendly and helpful. The apartment was big, modern and clean. It has a full kitchen and a wrap around balcony. The only negative is that Tropicana is very close, so you might hear the music playing. Would be good for a family or someone on business.

Lay is the best host I have ever had before! The house is very neat and warm, we cooked once in the house, and we got everything we need. It is definitely one of the best choices of your Havana trip!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
