CASA JONI, a small family business home located in the municipality of Old Havana, an area that has been renovated and is one of the most important tourist centers in the country. It is a building of the late nineteenth century, shows an atypical construction of the time, with structural elements of colonial architecture and a mixture of more contemporary styles.
A few steps from the house there are cafes, restaurants, bars, where you can consume typical drinks, such as mojitos, daiquiri, cubata and taste excellent dishes of national and international cuisine; just like enjoying Cuban music.
There are also cultural centers and the heart of the city, located in the Plaza de Armas. All these sites are reached in a few minutes.
You will always share with our family during your stay because we live in the property always ready to solve any question and offer the information you request.
It has 2 rooms for rent that are developed in 2 different levels.
We offer breakfast service with a value of $ 3 and $ 5 €. The house offers you a free breakfast, during your stay in our house.
Room # 1 .- With approx. 25 m2, it has a balcony to the street, has window-doors that provide good lighting and ventilation. It has 2 beds cameras and 1 staff with a maximum capacity of 5 people. Very suitable for families or friends who want to share the same room. Heated, private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours and refrigerator.
Room # 2 .- With approx. 18 m2, has large windows to the outside, allowing good lighting and ventilation. It has 1 bed camera and 1 staff with a maximum capacity for 3 people. Decorated with antique furniture, it has an intimate atmosphere and greater privacy. Heated, private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours and minibar.

About the Area
We are located north of Havana, in a place very close to the entrance of the Havana Bay, the Malecón and the Prado habaneros, and where you can walk the entire Historical Center and its surroundings.
Also very close there are bus stops, parks, shops and by different means of transport you can get to know other places of interest in the city. If your desire to visit Cuba is to know our customs, culture and history; Do not miss visiting this part of the city, where there are more than 1000 buildings of historical importance in one of the most complete colonial complexes in America.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
