Villa Rosy: Apartment on 2nd floor completely independent, located opposite the Sports Ateneo.
The apartment consists of a room with 2 beds, capacity for 3 people, bathroom, living room, kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook, plus a terrace that encourages rest, relaxation and reading; all this completely independent.
My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).
Laundry services, breakfast, garage and internet are offered.
Taxi service is available if you want to move in them.
The center of the city is only 10 min walking, where you can enjoy our parks, shops, cafes and nightclubs. Just 5 minutes from the house is the Bowling where you can enjoy a game time.
Holguín has several restaurants where you can taste the delicious Cuban food, one of them, the Ranchón Los Almendros, is only 1 block from the house.
Another place you can not miss is La Loma de la Cruz, where you will enjoy a beautiful view of the city.

Evelyn und ihre ganze Familie hielten bei unserer Ankunft schon Ausschau nach uns und bereiteten uns einen herzlichen Empfang. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und besitzt eine kleine Terrasse auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Die gesamte Familie kümmerte sich um uns, gab Tipps und half, wo immer sie konnte. Danke!!

Jean and I really enjoyed our stay with Evelyn and her family. Evelyn's mother, Rosa is an exceptional person, with a very warm heart. Love those people !

Sehr netter Empfang- Familie hat schon Ausschau nach uns gehalten. Große Wohnung in oberen Etage mit Privatsphäre und Terrasse. Bett bequem. Herzliche Familie, kleines Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, welches oben in der Wohnung serviert wird. Wohnung liegt ca 5 Minuten vom Plaza Major. Autoparkplatz in verriegelter Garage.

I have I give this family very good marks for being accommodating, attentive and sincere and honest . The casa is a second floor aparment, which served my purpose quite well. The neighborhood is good.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
