Segunda casa: 4 habitaciones con 3 baños y un balcón. Cerca de Hotel Nacional, Habana Libre, Universidad de La Habana y la Av. 23 (principal arteria y de mayor vida nocturna).

About the Area
La casa está situada en la frontera entre Vedado y Centro Habana. Muy cerca de Malecón y la calle 23.
On 23rd Av and Infanta Av. you have ATM machines where you can withdraw CUC with your card (American credit or debit cards are not accepted).
We are at 5 minutes from Hotel Nacional and Hotel Habana Libre. Some wifi areas are at 3/5 minutes walking distance.

* Por razones de seguridad, ningunos damos llaves de la puerta principal para clientes, y solo las llaves de la habitación.
* Una persona en casa las 24 horas del día para abrir y cerrar la puerta principal.
* Los huéspedes tienen un sonar cuando llegan a la casa de los huéspedes (Calle Vapor 156).
* Un ama de llaves será en la casa todos los días 09 a.m.-5 p.m .. Ella va a limpiar habitaciones por encargo. Por favor, use las señales disponibles en las habitaciones para indicarlo.
* Los propietarios Miguel y Martín hablan inglés y francés, pero que están en casa solo por las noches porque trabajan como Doctor y The Economist. Nuestras cosas no parecen ser Inglés, si usted tiene algún inconveniente por favor para las cosas que nos llame.
* Las toallas y las sábanas se cambian cada tres (3) días.
* Un desayuno ligero (café / pan) se sirve a nuestros clientes por la Casa de familia sitio. (6 CUC) del 7 a.m. a 10:30 a.m.Las cenas están disponibles bajo petición a un costo adicional, así (10-12 CUC), ver el menú en sus habitaciones. Desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación es un café o leche y pan.
* En todas las habitaciones hay una caja fuerte de seguridad. Nosotros sugerimos que nuestros clientes ponen sus efectos personales y objetos de valor en la caja fuerte. Esta casa no es responsable de los artículos robados o perdidos.
* Los residentes locales son bienvenidos, pero no pueden acceder a las habitaciones, de acuerdo con las disposiciones locales. Si una localidad más de una habitación en la que él / ella tiene que estar registrado e invitados a pagar 30 CUC.
* A su llegada a su saldo tiene que ser pagado. Nuestras tarifas son en CUC. Si prefiere pagar en US $ (los dólares se recuerdan en Cuba se grava al 15% por lo que el pago: 1 US $ = 0.85 CUC, por lo que nunca 1 a 1).

La casa et tres propre et bien décoré ont se sens a l'aise comme chez soi cette casa et parfaite si vous voulez avoir votre intimité.
Le personnel et au petit soins chaleureux et souriant! Merci a louis andress yassiel jessica et lliané pour votre accueil.
Petit point negatif on entend tous se qui se passe quand il y a de personnes qui discute dans la cours ou dans le salon se n'est pas agreable quand ont a le sommeil léger comme moi.. par rapport a sa ont a demander a changer de chambre et il nous ont mis dans une chambre a l'etage et plus jolie et plus calme top!
La casa et bien situé a 20 minute a pied de la veille havane c'est parfait!
Je la recommande vivement!

We had a great time in Havana...the best thing about staying there in your Casa was the great staff experience, it is setup more like a hotel then a Casa. The staff was able to help us with taxi's, exchanging money, they can prepare you meals if you like. The location is very ideal and within a few blocks of the Malecon and a bar at the end of the block and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This place has very nice rooms, clean, and excellent location in Havana, close to old city, but in a quit street, this is an excellent place to be located. However the place miss the family tradition, and i missed the contact with the owner like it is ususal in a casa particar, its more a hotel with limited service, a very poor breakfast. Finaly, i call thisplace a mid range hotel with no daily cleaning service, up to you to go for this place.

Hello Debruyne, I am so sorry I could not meet you. As I am doctor I had very tough days during your stay at home. Regarding the breakfast, as it is indicated on the site we have a free light breakfast (coffee , milk and bread) and a full breakfast at 6 cuc, most of our guests choose this one. You chose the free one. We hope you have nice memories from Cuba, best, Miguel

The apartment is located in the new city, very close to University of Havana. The design is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also very rich. We like it very much.

The location is so convenient and lose to down town of Havana. Staff is very helpful and hospitable. The room is very clean and comfortable and worth for what you have paid. We are very happy with what the host has been arranged for our visiting plan. I love Havana and would come back again and certainly I would love this homestay. Thanks for everything you have done for us in this wonderful trip.

This is a nice landing place in Vedado in Havana.
It is comfortable, great airco's, friendly and helpful staff; almost run like a hotel ;-)

We spent two nights in Miguel's place and it was brilliant. The building is gorgeous and room is very comfortable and modern. Great location, right next to the Malecon.

Si bien la casa era bonita y las personas muy amables, me parece que la habitación costosa dado que era pequeña. No tiene cortinas por lo que la luz entra desde muy temprano. Además estaba en una calle muy sucia y oscuro.

It was the greatest, it was like or better than staying in hotel. The staff was the best (made us feel like family), the place was clean. It looks just like the pictures. This place will meet or exceed your expectations. This will be my place to stay when in Havana Cuba.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
