Our house is located in a privileged area, it is one of the most popular among travelers because it saves time and money, we are in the center of Havana, behind the Capitol.
Casa Roly will receive you with a welcome cocktail. You will have a room with a private bathroom, hot and cold water, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and patio. Free Wi-Fi, to access buy a navigation card at the ETECSA offices and then ask us for the Wi-Fi password.
Clients will be treated with respect, kindness and will be able to learn about the customs and culture of Cubans.
We speak perfect Italian and a little English.

Our house is located in the center of Havana. In a popular neighborhood where you can interact with the common Cuban and know the customs of our people. The house is 30 minutes from the José Martí International Airport and the beaches of Habana del Este. There are several options for transportation.

House Rules
The chek in is flexible. We adjust to the time of arrival of the guest and the check out 1.00 pm. If the customer negligently damages something in the room, he must pay the cost. Smoking in the yard and not inside the room. Please do not use in the toilet as a dumpster, use the baskets.

The host cancelled the booking 6 days before the arrival date.

Although we arrived a day later due to a delay, Rolando and his wife welcomed us warmly. The casa is located close to El Capitolio, and really in the old city center. Great breakfast and spacious bathroom. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room was beautiful and big with an adjecent bathroom. it was clean and cleaned every day and breakfast was provided as well whenever you wake up. The room is right in the center of Havana so you won't miss out on anything. There are plenty amenities available in the room such as a TV and a fridge and plenty of closet space. I would recommend this place for sure!

Rolando is a very good host. Friendly and the casa is situated in the centre of the city.

Die vier Tage bei Roly und Lucy waren wunderbar. Morgens gab es ein kleines, aber feines Frühstück. Roly war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sowohl eine Unterkunft in Trinidad vermittelt, als auch zu einem tollen Ausflug verholfen, obwohl wir nur sehr wenig Spanisch sprechen. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings nicht temperaturverstellbar war, sodass es nachts recht kühl wurde. Insgesamt würden wir die immer wieder bei Roly und Lucy übernachten.

My friend and I had a very nice and lovely stay in Havana at Roly's place! The accomodation is in the centre of Havana and you can easily walk to the old town and any other nice places nearby. The room was nice and clean and Roly made a very good breakfast as well. He was very gentle and supported us a lot, because we had no idea which cities to visit and which places to go in Cuba. So he helped us making plans, called some friends where we could stay at during our journey and organized a transport for our next step. On our way back, we passed by Havana again and even if he didn't have the capacity to host us again, he found a place for us next door. Also, he encouraged us to speak Spanish!:) I can defininetly recommend the stay and the contact and would return to Roly's place any time I visit Havana.

Roli is an excellent host: competent, very helpful, friendly, polite and as a single female traveler he made me feel welcome and I felt totally safe in Roli's casa. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Rolando was the perfect host. We got to know some of his family and friends who were all very nice and helpful. The 2 rooms we had were both good in ventral Havana. Rolando booked us really good homes in Vinales and Trinidad too. He has good connections and is a very helpful man. We highly recommend staying with Rolando.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
