The "Dona Yuya" house built in the 40s, is preferred by customers for its colonial and modern structure, keeping inside details and colonial objects with contemporary touches. Our project was conceived with the idea that the host part of the house and our family, to enjoy a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere with personal attention.
We have 3 private rooms available good taste and very comfortable heated (painted and decorated with details of Cuban and international culture) and includes 2 rooms with shared bathroom and 1 room with private bathroom. They have 120V-240V and include linens, towels and toiletries. Bathrooms offer hair dryers and hot water 24 hours. We have power plant. Guests can access any area of the home and offer cocktails, breakfast, dinner, among others.
We organize various activities with guests such as courses, tours inside and outside the province, parties, weddings, anniversaries, etc. We offer services such as laundry, taxi, information and 24-hour reception.

About the Area
Our guest house is located in the city center and most points between Old Havana and Vedado. We close the "Carlos III" featuring shops, bank, pharmacy and fast food Mall; the Institute of Linguistics, as well as restaurants and private bars. We have blocks the romantic Malecon, Havana University, House of Music, Callejon de Hammel and the Palacio de la Rumba, bus tours and other tourist facilities.

Yuya and her family are very nice and friendly people. I really recommend to take the breakfast and dinner in the Casa as Yuya's food is amazing and the amount of food she serves compared to the price is really worth it. Overall, I had a very nice time staying with this family!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
