Our offer is an apartment in Centro Habana, with an independent entrance and good privacy, it consists of a room with a double bed (if requested, we can put separate beds and a baby cot), SPLIT type air conditioning, living room, kitchen and private bathroom with water. cold and hot. Good natural ventilation. Terrace with a view of the town where you can sit down to enjoy a good Cuban coffee courtesy of the house, after a long walk through our city
We also have another Masterroom room, spacious, with a private bathroom, good natural ventilation, hot and cold water and air conditioning, includes a common area that is a dining room and good privacy and security (up to 3 people can stay). Both rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the house.
We are located three blocks from the Havana Malecón and one from the Hermanos Almerjeiras Hospital.
Our location allows access on foot in just 15 minutes to Vedado and Old Havana, we are located right in the middle of both places.

About the Area
Our house located just 3 blocks from the Malecón and will allow you to walk both to the Vedado, which is only 15 minutes to the West, and to Old Havana, equally 15 to 20 minutes to the East. Just one block away is the famous Restaurant La Guarida and 7 minutes away, La Casa de la Música de Galiano.

House Rules
The rooms are part of a family home and we have as a rule NOT to allow occasional visits to guest rooms, or hold any type of parties or events that may alter the tranquility of the property.
There is a terrace available for our guests where they can sunbathe in the mornings and in the afternoons enjoy the fresh breezes from the nearby sea and the beautiful views of the sunsets over the city.

Habitación independiente con buena ubicación, escaleras de acceso muy empinadas, buen trato con los dueños pero no se recomienda hacer cambio de moneda en la casa, te lo cambian a 125 pesos por euro mientras que todos los otros anfitriones en los que he estado siempre me ofertaron el euro a 160 pesos.

Hola! Estaba gestionando esta reserva para mis papás que estaban en Cuba de vacaciones y quedaron varados allá sin poder volver a nuestro país (Argentina) por la pandemia de Coronavirus. Rafael ha sido muy amable, cordial y dió respuesta rápida a mi solicitud de alojamiento. Por cuestiones de comunicación vía internet con mis papás que en cuba es algo muy complicado, mientras yo estaba haciendo la reserva con Rafael, ellos estaban reservando en otro lugar allá. De manera que no fueron a la casa de él, pero si se han acercado para saludarlo y contarle que ya habían conseguido otro lugar donde quedarse. De esa visita me contaron que él es una persona agradable, servicial y buena onda, les hubiera gustado que sea su anfitrión. Ojala en otro momento si viajo a Cuba pueda conocerlo, saludos y gracias por la ayuda brindada en este momento complicado Rafael!

The perfect place to stay on arrival to Cuba. Rafael was helpful in every way from explaining the different money to organising further casas. He made our trip so easy and so enjoyable. Loved chatting with him and Maria on the rooftop and at breakfast. Love your sense of humor Rafael, thank you for the experience.

Rafael and his family are truly amazing! They are so kind and helpful! Best host in Cuba! The apartment is very central and have a rooftop terrace also! We got our clothes washed also, which is very nice when you are travelling around! They also let us store our luggage when we came back to Havana at the end of our trip, and let us shower and borrow towels so that we could be clean and fresh at the airport! So thankful for everything you have done for us!

Rafael is truly a nice host. Very helpful and makes great breakfast with lots of delicious fruits. One of his daughters also speaks good English and helped me to find places of interests in Havana. Clean room with comfy bed and AC. Centraly located home. Only five min walk to the Malecon. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft von Deutschland aus gebucht und sind direkt nach unserer Ankunft für vier Tage zu Rafael und seiner Familie - es war absolut toll! Unser Flug hatte Verspätung, sodass wir erst spät am Abend angekommen sind, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen jeden Morgen (für ein paar Cuc) ein tolles Frühstück, mit dem besten Obst, welches wir je gegessen haben. Die Casa ist sehr sauber, hat eine absolut tolle Lage mit einer wundervollen Dachterrasse und ist jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen, denn Rafael macht alles möglich, damit man sich wohl fühlt und organisiert auch gerne ein Taxi Collectivo, wenn man weiter reisen möchte! Jeder der das Flair einer Casa particulares sucht und mag, sollte die Casa Botella buchen!

Die Unterkunft bei Rafael ist sehr interessant, man wohnt typisch kubanisch und hat einen super Ausblick auf die Strasse. Auch auf der Terrasse ist der Ausblick genial. Rafael und seine Familie bzw. seine Töchter sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben einem einen guten Einblick in die kubanische Gesellschaft. Sie sind sehr herzlich und beantworten gerne alle Fragen, die man über Kuba stellt. Wir fühlten uns wie Freunde dort. Das Frühstück war super... die Berge an Obst konnten wir kaum aufessen. Alles in allem ein sehr interessanter und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gracias....

Una estancia excelente. El apartamento como se ve en las fotos. El baño tiene agua caliente y fría. Ubicación en el centro de Havana. Muy fácil organizar viaje desde el aeropuerto a su casa. Rafael y su esposa fue súper bien y volveré a quedar con ellos. El desayuno muy rico y para un bien precio. Muchas gracias!

When do I pay?

When can I share my contact details?
