The Hostal, Restaurant Casa Pocurull is a building built in the 40s, with spacious spaces typical of its style and an exquisite decoration with period furniture. Located less than 150 meters from the City Center and only 45 minutes from the Cayería Norte. About the Area

The City Center, is located less than 150 meters from the Hostal, Restaurant Casa Pocurull, surrounded by several places of interest among them are:

- The María Escobar Laredo Museum, where much of the history of the City is treasured.
- The Art Gallery
- Bar, Restaurant "La Taberna", with a decoration based on barrels of rum, a dim light in the purest style of a pirate tavern, where you can find varied offers both bar and food.
- Banco Popular de Ahorro, Banco de Credits y Servicios, both with several ATMs where you can operate 24 hours a day and the Casa de Cambio (CADECA), where transactions of all kinds are carried out.
- Specialized stores such as ARTEX and Caracol, as well as TRD and Panamericana.

Bordering the coast is the Maibarón de Caibarién only 600 meters away, exceptional for cooling off with the sea breeze, walking, exercising or enjoying the sunset.

Also bordering the bay but only 300 meters away are the ruins of the old Sugar Stores, where sugar was stored and exported from the central region of Cuba during the Spanish Colony.

Nestled in the ruins of the oldest building in the city just 300 meters away is the Bar La Ruina, with offers of drinks and national beers such as Bucanero and Cristal.

To the north is a 48 km long highway over the sea, worthy of the Puente de Alcántara Ibero-American Award for quality and care for the environment, which reaches the tourist center of the northern center of the island where they are built. several hotels with a variety of recreational offers on land and sea. When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
