We have a nice house in the town of Envigado, in a neighborhood called El dorado, located inside a closed residential complex. It is a two storey house, what we offer is a standard private room.
You will be welcomed into our home, where we speak Spanish and some English; have in account that can have another student or guest in our House; the extra services that are offered in this are: interactive tv, Wi-Fi, apple tv and Netflix subscription.
This is my home, a house full of love and joy where live 3 people (papa, mama and daughter) apart from the puppy, is a House comfortable, large, spacious but it more important is that has the fortune of count with owners that the care and appreciate.

About the Area
Our house is really close to the park envigado . we are 3 or 2 km from the city centre and only 45 minutes drive from the airport; the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are a lots of bus options using this stop.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Our rules:
1. If you smoke, you may do so outside the house.
2. You will be given a house key. Our recommendation is that you come home at night in moderate hours.
3. When we are home you may bring visit, but they may not stay over.
4. No drinking at home, No drugs at home. Social drinking time to time with the family.
5. You may use the washing machine you pay $ 5 dollars . If you prefer that we do your laundry it has an extra charge of $10 dollars a week.
6. You are allowed to use our kitchen, you are responsible for your own food shopping and meal preparing.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
