My name is Nidia Fuertes, I live in an apartment that is located north of the city on the fifth floor, very close to the airport (20 minutes) and the land transport terminal (15 minutes).
Fifteen minutes away from the unit you can find large shopping malls, areas of green areas to practice sports, at the same distance we find the historic center of the city with a variety of museums, colonial churches, recognized hills such as the San Antonio hill, La Loma de la Cruz (sale of handicrafts), Cristo Rey, Las Tres Cruces (ecological walks), and a spectacular landscape of diversity and nature such as the Pance sector, Dapa, Km 18, Calima Darien Lake, Nirvana Reserve. Cali is the capital of salsa and there is a vibrant nightlife with well-known nightclubs in the Menga and Juanchito sectors where classes of this rhythm are offered so that you do not stop dancing. Cali is the promoter and organizer of international events such as the Cali Fair (December 25 to 30), the World Salsa Festival (September 2017), the Pacific Music Festival "PETRONIO ALVAREZ" (August), the International Festival of Cinema (November), Ballet Festival (May), Dance Biennial among others. At lunchtime I have to offer you a variety of typical Colombian dishes. (Meal service and tours with additional cost). I like to attend to my guests personally (preparing typical meals, cleaning the room, washing clothes, accompanying them to tourist sites, my motto is: "My house is your house and I want you to feel like a family"

-No apartment keys will be given to guests.
-People other than guests are not allowed in the room.
-Half of the accommodation must be deposited when confirming the reservation and the other half when you arrive at the apartment in cash if possible.

Nidia is an amazing caring lady who is very acommodating. She is very happy to assist you in what you need and takes care of you while in Cali, her cooking is delicious so i highly recommend having lunch at her place, and if you feel like anything in particular she is happy to prepare it for you. She always prepares breakfast for you, which is amazing. Her apartment complex is very secure and located very conveniently. It is close to the airport, bus terminal and Chipechape centro commercial. If you need to go anywhere else there is taxies contantly drive by infront of her apartment complex. Nidia also constantly keeps her apartment clean and tidy.
For any young lady travelling alone, I highly recommend Nidia's apartment.

Mi experiencia con Luz Edith ha sido muy satisfactoria. Ella me permitio acogerla como si fuera de mi familia, conocio a mis hijas a mis padres y hermanos, tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir todos juntos de paseos por el campo. También pude ayudar a Lucy a encontrar su familia aquí en Colombia. Ella es un chica muy dulce y descomplicada. Con ella pude realizar mi labor de anfitriona como lo deseo hacer siempre, atendiendo en mi casa con la preparación de las comidas típicas colombianas y acompañamiento a los sitios turísticos de la ciudad y sus alrededores.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
