Detached home and just recently renovated and newly painted basement for 2 bedrooms and 1 upper bedroom ready for occupancy. Quite and safe neighbourhood. Very nice area close to York University and schools. Close to subway station, recreation centre, gyms, schools and York University. Walking distance to malls and supermarkets. Bus stop is two minutes away from my house.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quite and safe suburb. We are 3 km from the city center and only 15 minutes drive from the airport.
The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop.

It was a pleasant experience staying here. Danilo and his wife are wonderful hosts, they make you feel right at home when you are here. The room is comfortable - it has a wardrobe and desk/chair, kitchen is fully stocked with all required items, and other guests who are staying were friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonable accommodation.

was like family, i need to iron a shirt , they borrow me i need to wash my clothes because i had to buy some clothes, because my baggage got lost in airport, i had my laptop but my charger didn`t work they borrow me their charger, so was great
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
