About the Homestay
I have been hosting students and professionals from all over the world at my home since 2004.
I have a beautiful, clean, new home located in an upscale neighborhood that is friendly and is safe that is close to the city center with two parks close by. There is a GO train 500 meters away that can take you to the downtown core in less than 10 min to The Eaton Centre, ACC, CN Tower Rogers Centre, and many ESL schools. Less than a 10 min walk is Main St subway station which takes less than 20-30 min to go downtown Toronto. Close to many great restaurants, Starbucks, Cafes, McDonald's, Gyms, and 4 grocery stores within a 10-minute walk.
A short walk takes you to the beautiful beach and Lake Ontario. It is also very close to Greek Town, Queen St E, the Danforth, and the beach
The second-floor bedroom is large, clean with a queen bed. It includes 50” TV, Desk, night table, and dresser. It has its own washroom located just outside the bedroom.
The third-floor bedroom includes a double bed, 40” TV, Desk, Chair and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Kitchen access includes toaster, microwave, and some fridge space and High-speed internet are included.
Washer and Dryer are also located on the second floor.

About the Area
The house is in the upper beaches area of Toronto. It is in a new development with lots of families. It is very close to all transportation. (ie Danforth GO Train , Main Subway Station, Gerrard St Streetcar)
The house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each room has its own washroom.

Paul is an amazing and helpful host. The place is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and has easy access to all facilities. The place itself was clean and equipped with all comforts and tools needed for a comfortable stay

Great stay, Paul is very accommodating and the room large and clean. GO-Train and subway are walking distance, but watch out if you bring a car - no parking close by. I got ticketed for 30 $ in front of house - residential permit parking only there..

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
