Our house is located in Surrey, BC, in a beautiful, decent neighbourhood. There is a bus-stop just 2-minutes away. Bus #335 takes you to Guildford exchange, Newton exchange, and the Skytrain stations.
We welcome guests upon arrival and show them how to get around. We will provide you with the care and comfort you need during your stay with us. You will like our simplicity and warm hospitality at all times. Close to our house there are recreation centres, libraries, and shopping malls. Guildford Town Centre is one of the biggest shopping centres in Surrey and includes a large food court. The area is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants.
We have lived in Surrey, BC for over 28 years, and will be able to guide you with interesting facts about BC. We are a multi-cultural family, welcoming, helpful, and can provide you with lots of information as you need.
Additional Info: Internet access, heating and air conditioning is also provided. There is a washing machine and a dryer too. There will be additional charges for laundry per load ($5.00 for both washer & dryer use).

Our house is located in Surrey, BC- close to the TransCanada Highway. It is quiet and undisturbed by traffic sound.There is a bus stop just a minute walk away. This bus takes you to Guildford exchange or Newton exchange and there are lots of bus options from these exchanges.You can also go to the skytrain station from here to go to downtown Vancouver and the universities.
Close to our house you will find- Libraries, and Recreation Centres, . Guildford Town Centre is one of the biggest Shopping centres and the food court is worth visiting. The area is full of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants.

Please enjoy your stay and treat the house as you would treat your own home. Our house/the room is a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING/ NO DRUGS property. Anyone found smoking in the room will be penalized with a $250 fine.

Leena is absolutely lovely, truly caring and kind . She made me feel very comfortable and at home. I enjoyed staying with her and her family, they were so friendly, fun, willing to chat and help in anyway they could. I definitely recommend staying with Leena to anyone :)

Leena and Roy were fantastic hosts. The room with ensuite bathroom was large and comfortable and overlooked the garden, very quiet. They were both helpful and informative and have a wealth of information and knowledge to support your stay. They are just minutes from transport links and it is very central. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend these hosts to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Leena and Roy are a wonderful couple, homely, warm and caring. I needed alot of help settling down and they were so amazing; guiding and helping me everystep of the way.

They are simply ANGELS!!! So friendly, so warm, cordial and very helpful in the normal and in the difficult situations.
The room and the house is very, very clean, in very save, with very positive energy in quite area. At the back, there is big park, but unfortunately there was no wild bears. Very close to everywhere, big shopping centre, sky train (metro), if you want to explore the Vancouver city is the best way (Leena told me).
Coming back to Leena and Roy, they generated very familiar very open atmosphere, and I felt like the member of the family. The “simply” breakfast was so simply, that I (85 kg guy) can easy survive until dinner. And those delicious cookies!!!
They were my guides, and they have made my holiday wonderful and unforgettable. It is really pleasure and lucky to meet such people on my life way.

Staying in that place was one of the best experiences during my travels.I really recommend that to anybody looking for a place to stay in Vancouver (Surrey).

We stayed with Leena and Roy for 3 nights in May 2016. They were wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful - even went so far as to make us banana bread!!! The room is actually a downstairs apartment consisting of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. And it was very comfortable indeed. The kitchen had all the facilities you need if you wish to do your own cooking and the lounge has a large flat screen TV which was great. We also had our own entry which was convenient.
We would highly recommend this homestay. We even enjoyed a drink with the host on arrival.
We would definitely stay with them again if we return to Vancouver.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
