Easy & near access to bus stop, clean and very quite environment, close to all amenities & shopping. Very quite & peaceful location with video surveillance for additional peace of mind.

About the Area
Our house is located on the middle part of the city in quite and safe suburb. We are 4 km from the City Centre and only 30 minutes drive from the airport. Moreover, we are two blocks away from Canadian Superstore, Costco & Canadian Tire - Newton branches.
Bus stop from King George Blvd & 80 Ave is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of options using this stop. Restaurants, pharmacy, medical clinic, barber shop & others are five minutes walk. My home area is quite & very peaceful and is video surveillance monitored for additional security.

13. NO staining of linens - mattress, pillows, fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet
cover, coverlet, towels - arising out of lipstick and other cosmetics, chocolates and other edibles. The cost of the items stained will be made good by the guests.
14. NO disfiguring, discoloring or damaging any surface / any furniture / any objects. Cost of repair / fixing damages / breakages will be made good by the guests.
15. Please keep our home SECURE and LOCK the DOOR when leaving the house.
16. One queen bed is available.
17. Guests must be fully Covid19 vaccinated or with booster shots.

Ed and Josie are genuinely great human beings. I felt at home all the time. Ed and Josie helped me with everything I needed. The whole house is very very beautiful. All the amenities are perfect. I can't thank Ed and Josie enough for their guidance. I am truly grateful for their hospitality. Ed and Josie went above and beyond and made me feel like I was a part of their wonderful and welcoming family. How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
