-The bus stop is just 1 min from the house with lots of bus options using the stop.
- bus is a 24-hr service including bus express that comes in 3-5 min intervals during rush hours
- express bus service is also available going straight to university

Meals

House Rules
-Observe safety rules by locking doors when coming inside home and going out of the house. Secure your keys
- Maintain cleanliness at all times
- Female guests only
- No pets!
- Clean toilet after each use( remove your hair from strainer, personal things are neatly put in one place)
Keep the kitchen clean and Wash dishes after each use
- 10pm curfew
- no sleepover of guests
- provide personal items for private use( shampoo toothpaste soap, etc) do not use anybody's personal items for safety purposes
- no eating inside the room to avoid insect infestation
- take care and avoid damaging property items as you are liable to pay the damaged item

I enjoyed my stay with Katherine and her husband, a very nice couple, quiet and very helpful, especially Katherine with her sweet smile. I would stay there every time I visit Toronto. Their house is always clean and organized and the bus stop is a few steps away. I shouldn't forget Katherine's delicious breakfast and noodles, that I will surely miss. I hope they too enjoyed my stay with them. Katherine take care of the tomatoes and the pepper :))))

It was a pleasure staying with Katherine. She was very accommodating and provided all the necessities for a convenient homestay. However, I would have appreciated it if she was not pushy about wanting to know details about the event I came for in Scarborough.
It was a personal matter but she wouldn't keep asking. Just a friendly advise to respect and be considerate if someone is hesitant about sharing their personal matters.Host reply

They are a very warm family and they make you feel at home. Kath really is the best host mom. They help me with everything I need, they took me to buy the ttc card, they took me on the first day of college, they invited me to Niagara falls and many more things that I will be eternally grateful to. 100% recommended

My homestay was an excellent and warming experience like a home away from home. My request was so last minute and Katherine was so accommodating. Katherine and her husband have shown such kindness and welcomed me into their lovely home. The room was so spacious and warming. Meals was accommodated with reasonable extra fees and both are wonderful cooks.
A trip to Niagara Falls was planned and was an exciting sight to see Niagara by night. I have made wonderful friends. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality...I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Salamat!!March 2020
Katherine and Jun are both genuinely caring, helpful, kind people who are always ready to go the extra length to be the gracious host. We went as mother and son, and it really did feel like home. Not to mention how clean Katherine kept the place. Will definitely visit again soon and also recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable priced, clean friendly homestay.

Thank you for letting us stay at your House. We enjoyed it very much. You wer very Kind and helpful. Thank you also for taking us to the burger store! It was a nice evening with you and your Family. The House is located in a quiet area. We got hot Breakfast almost every day. :)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
