Our Nice Warm Series Rooms are in an independent house. This house is a nice warm home. Our house is adjacent to Canada’s famous Pacific Shopping Center, also known as TAIGU Plaza, where hundreds of shops gather. There are several Malls and Plazas around Our Nice Warm Home, where you can find all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and services.

Our house has recently undergone a comprehensive high-end renovation. It is very nice and the warmth home.

Our house's kitchens are clean and tidy, with high-quality solid wood cabinets and quartz countertops, high-end fashion. The spacious and bright open-plan dining room, living room, and kitchen are connected and radiant. The ceiling is covered with LED lights, like the sky full of stars, like a dream.

Our house has 7 different bedrooms for you to choose from, there are 5 bathrooms, some to enjoy alone, and some to share, all of which are solid wood dressers and marble countertops.

The landlord hopes that you can directly tell the landlord any of your thoughts, confusion, dissatisfaction and suggestions by email, text message, letter, face-to-face, etc. The landlord sincerely hopes that you can live well, eat well, get along well, make you feel good, stay healthy, and live together healthily and happily. Be tolerant, considerate of each other, and improve the landlord's service in a timely manner. The landlord will also communicate with you in time if any problems are found.
2. Please download the SIGNAL app for tenants staying at No.77, and use it to contact and communicate with the landlord after registering with your mobile phone number. Advocate landlords and tenants to communicate in text to ensure accurate understanding of each other's meaning and avoid misunderstandings and subsequent disputes caused by verbal communication.

(11) Consequences
If you violate this rule, the landlord has the right to remind and warn you, and also has the right to terminate the homestay contract of both parties. Of course, after getting your guarantee, both parties can continue to live together better. Landlords most hope for the latter result.

(12) Conclusion
Both parties abide by the contract and rules, which is the basic guarantee for both parties and other boarding tenants to live together peacefully and happily. Abide by the contract and rules, reflect your quality, be respected and loved, so that everyone can live well, eat well, and get along well, which is especially beneficial to your mood, health, study, life, and future. It is very important that the landlord obeys well, and it is also very important that you obey well. Let us work together to make No.77 your warm home.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
