Hello! My name is Glodene and I live in this modern 3 bedroom condo unit with my partner. We are a young, fun but responsible couple and we love to entertain guests especially people from different places. We love travelling and exploring different cultures and trying different cuisines. Our hobbies include hanging out with friends, watching shows, playing sports (badminton, billiards, wall climbing, etc) and EATING.
We highly encourage our homestay students to feel at home and of course we would do our best to help you as well. All the students we’ve hosted have become part of our family, just the way we like it :)
The condo building includes a gym, a laundry room, a tennis court and a swimming pool (open only in the summer) that you will get full access to. The condo is also located at Warden and Finch, steps away from TTC stops and a 2 min walk away from Bridlewood Mall.
Our rules are simple: treat our home like it is yours, maintain cleanliness, and be responsible.

Our condo is located at the corner of Warden and Finch. 5 minutes drive from Highway 401 and Highway 404. 2 min walk from shopping centre/shops.

House Rules
Maintain cleanliness, be considerate, keep noise level down after 11pm on week nights, no sleepovers unless approved by host in advance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
