We live in a warm, cozy apartment Condo unit with 2 bedrooms (1050 sq ft )with terrace.
Our place is located in Richmond downtown surrounded by markets, restaurants and accessible to all transportation(5 minutes away to sky train/Canada line,20 minutes away to Vancouver downtown.10 minutes drive from the airport. W e are patient ,caring,self-discipline, clean and most of all a friendly home family.
We hope every guests that stay with us will be filled with happy memories as we had our previous guests.

House Rules
No smoking , no too much alcohol,.no heavy noise after 11:00 pm ,due to Covid restrictions.
We accept students , travellers, workers but restricted for ladies only .we are a neat freak people so we are expecting our guests to keep areas clean and tidy as your own home., clean up after kitchen use as well as your own dishes.
For kitchen appliances , we allowed guest to use stovetop, microwave,bread toaster but sorry no baking .
No visitors without the host consent .,
We provide light breakfast only. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.,check in time at least after 11:00 am or upon request., check out time after 1:00 pm or upon request.and
we are expecting an advance payment upon checked in.
Please expect Covid rules and protocols.
Smoking is not allowed.

It was absolutely amazing
When I came to Vancouver, the first days where difficult for me, of course, I came to a big new city all by myself. But actually I wasn’t alone.
Crisela and Maila cordially received me, whenever I had a problem they helped me and I felt a bit like home.
Thank you for hosting me, cooking for me ( the thanksgiving dinner was fabulous ), laughing with me and for showing me around.
I really enjoyed staying with you and I would definitely stay again.

This was my first time to stay with Homestay, and it's really an unbeatable experience. The home is clean and cozy, Crisela is a warm and caring lady. It likes that I was staying with my family instead of staying with host.

Thank you very much for the nice review ,meeting Siddhi is a real blessing to us .she is beautiful inside and out.Good people design to have good people around for all walks of life and that i considered the best experienced I have as a host.it was so nice to say hello but its hard to say goodbye but i believe that this is not the end of our journey instead this is just a beginning and we hope to see you again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
