We are a family of four. Two little girls 6 and 8. We love long walks and spending time around the outdoor fire pit or the garden. BBQs year round. Older character home. Ground floor opens into a large garden tier. 2 minutes walk to 70 stores in the village. Bakery, 4/5 cafes, library etc. Separate kitchenette and bathroom.
Additional Info
English is our first language. Nick speaks French and smattering of other European languages. Frennie is fluent in both Bisaya and Tagalog. Kids speak kid and English.

About the Area
Our house is located half a block from Edgemont Village, which has all the convinces of coffee shops, market, library, etc.
We are very close to all the tourist attraction such as Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain, and Salmon Hatchery. We are also only 15 mins bus ride to downtown.
The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the house.

Meals

The stay was very pleasant for me and my brother. The family is very friendly and helpful. As a guest you have the complete basement for yourself with an own entry. I can fully recommend this homestay. :)

This is an AWESOME homestay experience! Everyone in the family is warm, friendly and sincere in making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is clean and spacious, the living room's ambiance friendly for kids with a big garden, my kid love it. Besides a big and useful kitchenette. A delicious breakfast was served everyday (which is included in the rental).
This homestay is located within 5 min walking distance from all the local services, it's pretty convenience, at the same time you enjoy some tranquil moments on its own. It is lovely, peaceful and close to nature.
This family is so wonderful friendly, each of them! Very cheerful, lovely and helpful who are always ready to help with anything.
You won't miss home staying here with them! We (Uri, Juan Antonio and Mat) feel like our own family.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
