Provided homestay for 19+ yrs. .
Room in large superclean home. Guests are expected to keep it as clean as in photos.
Female only. No animals allowed.
Bus close one block.
Must be very clean, tidy, quiet. No smoking, drugs, parties. I sweep every room daily and dust. Doors left open when not in. Must keep room organized, clean and bed made daily.
I am EXTREMELY PARTICULAR ABOUT THE KITCHEN so rules must be followed regarding washing everything down after use and water restrictions are in effect in metro vancouver
Meals could be provided for additional fee. No cooking past 7pm and no kitchen use after 8 pm except microwave. No eating anywhere but dining table.
All Rules must be strictly followed. I have a list of rules expected to be followed I review upon arrival. Especially regarding kitchen and stove use and cleaning up after yourself in any space you use. No cooking strong smelling foods. No use of laundry past 8pm.
And bathroom time limits to accommodate all guests. Floors can never get wet and you're required to clean all areas of it after use

About the Area
Area is beautiful desirable quiet super safe area. Bus 255 is only a minute away and goes straight Cap U. One block away are parks running trails soccer baseball fields tennis and basketball courts. One bus takes you to either Lynn Valley mall or Capilano mall or to seabus to downtown. Soo much to offer! Great house, great area....home away room home.

Must follow all house rules and keep house and room as superclean as found.
No cooking at night but can use kitchen and microwave anytime. (no microwave popcorn)
No pets allowed.
No overnight guests.
No children allowed.
Absolutely no smoking , no e cigarettes either.
No drugs no parties.
Quiet home.
I work and excercise from home and often have clients and guests.
Will review detailed rules upon arrival.
After arrival no notice cancellation fee of $250.
Departure day checkout is 9am

Ich war schon 4x in einem homestay, das hier war das schlechteste. Sehr, sehr unpersönlich. Geradezu zwanghafte Regeln. Ich versuchte, so wenig wie möglich dort zu sein.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
