Niagara Falls Ontario family leaving in a 4 bedroom house. Our daughters are going to university in Toronto City so we have 3 spare rooms available for guests. Guests are free to share the kitchen and living areas with us. We speak English and French. We are a welcoming and sociable family. You are sure to feel at home with us!

Our house is located 18 minutes from the Falls - 6 minutes from all grocery stores - Buses are 3 minutes walking distance - Secondary/High school 450m; Niagara college is 12 minutes drive and buses available.

Hi dear people! Ever since I was 14 I had a dream and that was to visit Niagara Falls and now after so many years I finally made it!!! ...So I started collecting information and decided the following for myself: 1. You have to stay longer for the money you have invested in order to have more of it. (I have booked for 21 nights). 2. Well, staying in a hotel for such a long time wouldn't be for me. You also need something to cook yourself from time to time, your own laundry needs to be washed, you have your own private area and yet you are never alone, in an emergency! ... So, I decided to have a private household, a family where I can have everything that meets my needs. I searched for it on the internet and quickly found Mrs. Louise. For me was perfect! Then everything happened quickly. Booked, paid part in advance and that's it !!! ... The surprise was that I got more than I expected ! ... When I arrived in Niagara Falls - Table Rock - I was picked up by Louise and brought home, then went shopping with me, showed me everything I needed, I could make my own coffee and food and had, without Exception, also my privacy! The helpfulness of this family has gone so far that they even washed my laundry for me! ...I'm ashamed to write here but I have to do it anyway as I only speak a few words of English and French and Louise and her family made a lot of effort to communicate with me. You never lost your nerve ! On the other hand, I am also a well-mannered person, open and positive and approach people! I'm easy to deal with and I integrate myself very quickly into every situation, if necessary! ...And if my vocabulary is not enough, I "talk" with my hands and feet! Despite my lack of language skills, we understood each other very well! The chemistry between us was very good! Therefore, we said goodbye as friends! ... For those interested, the home is in a part of the city of Niagara, just a little out of the way, where cleanliness is a big deal! And the house was/is extremely clean, not even at home is so clean and tidy! Respect !!! ...I only have positive things to say and recommend everyone to visit Mrs. Louise and her family! How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
