I was staying at this place for 7 weeks.
The room was great, I just felt like the floor has not been cleaned properly before. The shared bathroom was also not too clean. In the first two weeks the stay was nice, nothing special happened. Then I got a text from Felix that he's so stressed that he might not be able to host me and three other guys anymore. After that text he limited our access to the kitchen, the washing machine and the bathroom by giving us timeslots when we were allowed to use them. He didn't talk to us after that but at least we were allowed to stay. But nevertheless it's nothing you want to experience if you have traveled 8000km around the world. In the end I was leaving one week earlier than planned.September 2023

Felix and his family are a great host who went beyond their way to help me. They're very kind, supportive, generous and really helpful. They have a beautiful, clean and quiet home equipped with everything you need and located in a nice neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a host.
Thank You for having me!

Tito Felix, Tita Evelyn and their family welcomed me in their house like their own. My first month here in Canada wouldn't be as fun if I didn't meet them. We had barbecue, karaoke and all the good times every weekend despite them being very busy at work during weekdays. They were my first family here Canada and I see them as my second parents, plus my housemates were the coolest! To Kuya Rex, Tatay Rolando, Kuya Jong and ate Mylene. Thank you! I highly recommend staying with Tito Felix and Tita Evelyn if you guys get a chance of staying somewhere in New Westminster :)
