Welcome!
We are a warm welcoming family of 3, with 1 dogs and 2 cats. We love to have students or travellers over. We have experience being a host family. We live in a nice area of Montreal, about 5 minutes’ walk to the metro line and public transportation, restaurant, café terraces, park, bike paths, etc...
I am offering comfortable spacious rooms with wi-fi, a modern kitchen, and laundry room. I offer a meal plan for $60 per week and I cook a meal every night. There are plenty of left overs and soups for cold winters. Please don't hesitate to contact me for additional information.

About the Area
Our home is located in the western part of the city. We are walking distance to the metro. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood close to all shopping. There is a Starbucks and a second cup. There are many buses up at the corner whcih is 2 minutes away.

Wendy is a nice madame. She can entertain you with deep conversations and make you realize about the secrets of life. There's a dog in the house that is very friendly and has a huge tail. Friendly people living in the house and the area (Snowdon) has all the amenities a traveler would need.

Staying at Wendy's house was amazing and really joyful experience. She excellent host. Room and washroom were spacious and clean. Wendy's pets - dog and cat became my pets too during my stay. It really felt like home and I already miss everyone. I had my birthday away from my family but celebrating at Wendy's was so much fun and I felt like being with my foster family. Thank you Wendy and everyone I became friends with at your home!

I stayed at Wendy's place for a few months (september - late december 2022), for my international student exchange. There, I met a great and funny family! They truly made my trip to Canada unforgettable.
Really close from the Snowdon Subway station (5 min - blue and orange lines), Wendy is a great cook, my room was perfect (large room, very comfortable bed, a desk and storage spaces, well heated). I could use the wash machine.
I especially recommend Wendy's place for UdeM students : the UdeM is only 2 stations far from Snowdon, the CEPSUM is 3.

Wendy est accueillante,toujours prête à nous aider.Elle prend le temps de discuter avec chacun d'entre nous. Maison située près d'une station de métro et de supermarchés et restons divers. Un grand merci à toi Wendy,une personne au grand coeur et si humaine !

I felt welcome from the first moment. The dog came to say hello and the cats. I had a nice big bedroom and a comfortable bed. I had a chat to the smart daughter and was lucky to have a proper self made meal with the family. I enjoyed the talk while having something nice to drink on the balcony. I would stay there again if I will go back to Montreal for trip! Thanks for staying with you.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
