Our family (us, our 2 daughters, dog and guinea pigs!) moved to a house in ndg that we would love to share with you!
the house is bright, warm in winter and cool in the summer.
we are within walking distance to most amenities(restaurants, parks, gym etc) and 30 minutes to downtown via public transit(bus or metro).
we have 1 large master bedroom in the finished basement with nearby bathroom available to guests. This ensures privacy and less noise. There is also a family room in the basement.
As the rules are constantly changing, please make arrangements to quarantine elsewhere if need be.. Because of our children being at school and my work's policies, we cannot have anyone quarantine at our house.

House Rules
We try and respect the fact that you are busy with schoolwork by keeping it quiet in the evening, so please do the same.
We have a large friendly dog who loves everyone, please dont let him out, or feed him. Please leave your bedroom closed at all times, so that the dog doesn't eat or destroy your things. Be careful when leaving the house, that all doors are closed behind you, so that he doesn't get out. If he runs out, he's not coming back. You may cuddle and pet the dog as much as you like!
Please ask before bringing anyone home.
If you request meals:Breakfast will be left out if we are not awake to serve it to you(breads, fruit, cereal etc..), lunch will be prepared the night before and left in the fridge for you to take with you and dinner will be prepared by us(with your help setting up etc..).
No unsupervised cooking allowed please.
Keep your area clean and no food in the bedrooms.
Other rules are posted in the kitchen. Rules are mostly guidelines so that everyone in the home remains respected and no one feels left out.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
