The rooms are bright, cozy and extremely clean. They are on a second floor with separate entrance for privacy. You will have access to a bathroom and kitchen on that floor as well for guests only. We recently renovated guest bathroom entirely.
We are a quiet and helpful young couple and would love to host you!
We also have a miniature doodle dog that is hypoallergenic but he will at all times be on another floor. We are situated very well and remain available for questions! On parle aussi le français.

About the Area
Our house is located in a central area of Montreal in a beautiful safe sector. We are a 30 mins drive from the airport and 3 min walk from the pie IX bus stop. We have pharmacies and groceries accessible by foot on Masson street.

House rules:
1. We expect respect for the property and guests at all time
2. Please pick up after yourselves
3. For the use of washer drier, this will be permitted only during the day when Guest of that room is not present. See instructions.
4. Keep noise at a minimum after 11PM
5. No parties allowed
6. No smoking in the apartment
7. Share access to washroom, kitchen and terrace balcony in back. No access to yard.
8. No guests allowed unless we are notified
9. You can use whatever is provided by us in the pantry, fridge, washroom
10. If you need additional supplies please let us know

Dina and her husband were wonderful hosts! They gave me a warm welcome and showed me around when I arrived late in the evening. The bedroom I stayed in was cozy and even had a balcony. The shower in the bathroom was excellent and the kitchen had everything you would need. The apartment is not far from the metro station so it was easy to walk there and then get to downtown. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would stay here again! :)

I stayed at Dina’s house in july and it was so great! Dina is really kind and the room was very confortable. The house was clean and well equipped and you have public transports really near by. I recommend and would definitely come back.

Parfait : l'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, clair, tranquille... Dina est sympathique et bienveillante : nous avons eu droit aux croissants !!! Endroit idéal et bien situé pour profiter de Montréal. Je recommande +++, et si je dois revenir il va de soi que c'est là que je séjournerai.

Thank you very much Dina. I can recommend this accommodation because I had a large clean and cozy room with balcony and found full facilities in the bathroom and kitchen. Everything is very well organized and Dina is always available and very helpful. Various bus lines and metro as well as shopping facilities in the near vicinity are available. A very good price / value ratio in addition. I would book this accommodation again anytime.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
