Hi, I am Claudia and I live with my husband, my 3 children, a friend's daughter and my dog (Copito). We are very friendly and love to meet new families. We speak English and Spanish.
We have a beautiful house located in the heart of Mississauga between Eglinton and Hurontario. Our house is steps away from the bus stop that takes you to Downtown Mississauga, Square One, Central Library, Sheridan College. You can even walk, because we are located only 2 km away. We are also very close to UTM, Heartland, Streetville and other important places in Mississauga.
We have a fairly big house with living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, and patio. The rooms (2) available for our guests are in our basement which also has a dining and living room area. The kitchen in the basement is available for your use, for an extra charge ($5 per day), to cover the utilities use. We charge additional $10 per day if you want to use our washer and dryer (use includes detergent).
Services are available at an extra charge (These services are payable directly to host at arrival).
We can pick you up from the airport for $50 one way.

About the Area
Our house is located in the heart of Mississauga and only 2 km away from Downtown Mississauga where you can find the biggest mall of Mississauga (Square One) and many other important touristic places of the city. We are also located only 15 minutes away from the airport. The bus stop is just few meters away from the house.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

The total amount of the apartment booking must be paid the same day of the arrival.
The checkout must be before 1 pm.
No alcohol, smoking or use of drugs in the house.

Claudia and her beautiful family are great people who make you feel at home. They are very respectful and kind. Lovely family! Her rooms are in perfect condition, nicely furnished and perfectly clean. The whole apartment has everything an apartment can have, and the home has a beautiful backyard. The breakfast very good! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very safe. Her house is near a large shopping center. The access to public transportation is very easy and fast (just one bus to Toronto). For us, it has been an excellent experience, highly recommended place to stay.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
