This is a beautiful 3 Bedrooms house with a separate entrance to the lower level living. The Bed Rooms are located on above the main level, on semi upper floor ( 5 steps stairs ). I m semi retired. I have worked as an Administrator, dealing with various potential Buyers to purchase our New Condos Building. I live with spouse and cats. We had just completed the new washrooms in our house. large Bedroom, with Bathroom or shared Bathroom. looking out from large windows for the garden beautiful leaves and trees.
**Payment method: paid by PayPal, or Email transfer, partial deposit is required with booking.
**Make sure to know Check In/Out time before booking.
Check in must be after 4pm, no early check in allowed. Check in 4pm , no exception.
Check out by 11am.
Must be non-smoker.
No smoking, no pets, no use pots and pans in Kitchen.
Parking might be available.
Please note this room is not suitable for people staying for "resting". (i.e. sleeping all day in the room, and not going out during the day hours).

We're near the Pearson International Airport. 15 mins drive to Terminal 1 or 3.
We're also close to International Centre - the exhibition Convention Centre, driving is about 5 mins and walking is about 20 mins.
It takes about 35 mins by Go Bus/Train transit to go downtown Toronto Union Station, or taking Bus transit to Subway TTC station, then taking Subway travelling via North South Subway, or East West Subway .
Easy access to all major High Way, Hwy 427, 401, 407, 400, 409, 410.

House Rules
- absolutely NO smoking anywhere in the house, and in my property area.
- No cooking allowed (food chopping, pan fried grease food, spice food, eg, onion, garic, bacon, pepper, etc), only for food heating up, instant soup noodles. Wash dishes after used., No use the pots and pans in the Kitchen.
- No loud music, partying
- No Visitors (this is also included no family members visit)
- No Pets allowed
- Out door shoes must leave at the Foyer, on the floor, or on the shelf.
- it is scent free home, no heavy body fragrance.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
