Fun loving welcoming couple of professionals offers homestay from students to professors in a cozy upscale home. We will take a good care of your living while you study or work. We offer: delicious, healthy meals prepared daily are included in room rates. Fully furnished rooms, Bus stop is 1 min. away but we can drive you to school in the morning. Provide help with communication, immersion and very friendly. We are located close to University and downtown campus of Fanshawe College. International food stores like Italian, Chinese and Arabic are also relatively close .

About the Area
Our house is located in a west part of a city, only 1 min away from a bus stop. It takes 15 min to get to downtown and 30 min to university. We can provide a ride to school at 7:45 in the morning

Great experience with Irena and Vlad, amazing hospitality. For someone who's new to Canada like me, Irena and her husband will make you feel right at home. Thank you both for being so warm and helpful. It was lovely staying at your place and I'd recommend your place to everyone.
The house is very nice with everything you need, clean, cozy and very well decorated. The room was good fully furnished .
Irena was always here to help you, she always tried to give me useful information. Every day I had delicious, healthy meals. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
