There are 2 bedrooms available in our home. The 1st bedroom is a private room with private bedroom, living room and bathroom. You have the entire lower floor (> 500 sqft) to yourself during your stay with a small kitchenette which includes microwave, coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. There is TV in both the living room and bedroom. You can have access to the patio during your stay and free parking. There is a limit of 42 days to stay in this room.
The 2nd bedroom is a private suite with separate entry. It includes a private bedroom, living room, TV, kitchen and In-suite laundry. This room doesn't have a limit on how long you can stay.
The house is a 3 story building with the kitchen (shared with the owners of the house) on the main floor. We just ask that you please let us know in advance if you would like the use of the kitchen when booking the room with a limit.
Both rooms are on the lower floor and are fully yours via stairs down. We will not be in your space during your stay. You will have a small kitchenette which includes microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge in the bedroom with limit stay and a full kitchen in the bedroom without limit.
The upper floor is where our family of 4 with 2 children under 4 years stay. We will limit ourselves to the upper floor to avoid noise down to you.
We are available via text or email throughout your stay and if you would like to interact with us, let us know as we would love to meet you.
You arrive through the main entrance with a code provided to the main floor and then through a flight of stairs to your space.
You also have access to our driveway, our patio and backyard.
If you have little kids, please let us know and we can provide toys or high chairs for them during your stay.

Located in the most sought after neighborhood in Bear Mountain. On a bus route and easy drive 15 mins or less into Victoria downtown. We are 30 mins from the airport and ferry. Close to Costco and other shopping malls.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
No shoes in the house, please respect our home as you would yours.
Always use the main entrance when leaving the premises. Do not leave wooden patio entrance open.
No access to the main family living quarters on the upper floor.
Please be symptom free before arriving.
No parties, smoking or pets on the premises.
Quiet time is from 11pm.
Bank Transfer is preferred and payment will be received in advance prior to arrival.
Cancellation 2-5 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50% less the agreed amount.
Cancellation 7-14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 25% less the agreed amount.
Cancellation 14-21 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 10% less the agreed amount.
There is a $60 cleaning fee for long term stays and $40 for short term stay.

If you need pick up and drop off from the airport, let us know and we can discuss more on additional fees.
If you need anything during your stay, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The basement is spacious and nice though the location is a bit remote since it is on a hill where no public transport can reach. If you drive, then it will not be a problem.
Do not have the chance to meet the host but the overall experience is very good.

It was an amazing comfortable stay with Jennifer . We landed Canada for the first time and both husband and wife were very helpful in answering all our queries . The airbnb is really maintained well ,immaculate clean with all the amenities you could ask for . We loved staying at the place as a family . They have been excellent hosts .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
