An unique opportunity to live in a gorgeous and spacious studio loft apartment with soaring 18 foot ceilings.
The apartment is located in a very desirable location within a gracious and beautiful home that has the finest finishes. Located on the hill you’ll be minutes to everything, Hospital , clinics , Two universities , UNB, STU, Community College, malls, grocery stores. Few minutes to downtown, Odell Park, grocery stores or forestry complex.
The apartment features hardwood and ceramic floor, high vaulted ceiling with tall windows, a Turkish style slate bathroom, kitchen, private entrance.
Our family at the Yorkshire
I am ‘The Yorkshire’ on a hill ; My permanent residents, the Khoury’s, are Michael and Nadia, and their beloved animal companions...
Their family at the Yorkshire includes their three cats... Edgar the white furry 13 yr Himalayan is an indoor cat who thinks he is human with a high i and a big personality. The adopted Jack, the dynamo black and white feline male cat who loves to model and to strike a pose whenever he wants attention. Sweet Jack is also an indoor kitty and loves to sit for hours looking out through windows.
The Khoury’s love to travel and go to the beach in summer, garden in the mornings and evenings but with the cold winters at The Yorkshire, they spend many serene days indoors. Life is fun indoors in the winter... many movies, sittings around two large fireplaces.
I am certainly a welcome refuge during five months of cold icy days. But, Michael and Nadia in their trusty Jeep Sahara which carries them through the snowing streets of Fredericton.
In the summer, Nadia, and Michael, loves to tend the gardens around me. There are lovely trees and wildflowers..there is always a family of squirrels and many birds and doves that find refuge in the garden. The Yorkshire on a hill , surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens
It is at the Yorkshire that they raised four children two sons and two daughters and now have four grandkids that visits often .

About the Area
Our street is situated on a hill in a very quiet area surrounded by trees and green lawns and well maintained residential houses on a Crescent that is very close to two universities , High Schools and hospital and shopping centres.
We are within ten minutes walk to an amazing 60 Acres park.

Nadia and her husband Michael are both warm, welcoming people who went out of their way to make me feel at home. This is definitely a place for pet-lovers - Byron greeted me each time I came and went, and Jack was often waiting to dart into my room when I opened the door!
At the moment, the bathroom is shared, but the hosts were very accommodating with shower times, etc. Home is very well located for access to universities and hospital. Easily managed without a vehicle if you’re relatively in shape.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
