Hello and welcome to my Homestay. I am in Calgary N. W. , a quiet location with excellent bus service nearby, grocery stores, drug store, Tim Hortons, Subway, A and W, Boston Pizza all within walking distance.
.If you're a student seeking a quiet, convenient home away from home, a working person needing a quiet, convenient location to your work or place of business, or an active, energetic traveler with a list of sights to see and things to do a mile long, this may be the right accommodation for you
Short drive or bus ride to a larger mall with Walmart. Convenient to many attractions by car or transit.
We have 3 cats. They are shy of strangers and quiet.
All bedding and towels supplied.
We want you to feel welcome. This homestay is a "paying guest" experience. Your room and shared washroom, access to microwave, and either a small bar fridge in your room, or shared space in a larger fridge will be allotted for your use.
One washroom only in the home is for homestay guest use.
One adult or one adult and child under 10 per room only. Street parking.
At this time I am open to students, business people and visitors to the area ONLY.
Payment required upon arrival. CASH only please.
Light breakfast included.
NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL ON PREMISES

About the Area
Hello I am in Huntington Hills in the N.W. There is great bus service at the end of my street. There is also a bus loop with many buses to various areas of the city. There is a recreation center around the corner with many activities.
There is a mall a few minutes walk away, with grocery store, drug store, medical clinic and across the street from the mall is another strip mall with dollar store and other amenities.

ONE washroom in the home is allocated and may be shared by one other Homestay guest. Use of microwave, and either a bar fridge or space in larger fridge in basement.

We want to make all our guests feel welcome. We also strive to keep Homestay rates as low as possible, so all can enjoy the homestay experience.
This homestay is best suited to those guests working, attending school, in town for business, holiday etc.
Only those guests who's schedule involves activities for a major portion of the day AWAY FROM the homestay. are best .suited
I strive to keep my prices as low as possible. To make this possible, please pay attention to the rules of the homestay. This clean quiet homestay is reasonably priced for guests as described above.
We welcome guests who have plans/ dates/ schedule of activities/ outings/ work/ school obligations and arrangements, guests who have activities outside of the homestay planned for the duration of stay.
If you prefer to stay in your room a major portion of each day, another homestay is better suited for you.
I strive to keep my prices as reasonable as possible, to ensure homestay accessibility for all.

Very nice home very quiet fully enjoyed my 10 day stay. Little extras such as an assortment of granola bars, apples and juice or bottled water. Free Wifi very clean 10.5 out of 10!!!!!!! Full recommendation.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
