My cozy home locates near Metrotown , Central Park and BCIT. It only takes 20 mins on the skytrain to Downtown.No 28 bus just across from my house.There are three bedrooms and two brand new bath rooms &fully equipped kitchen at main floor for home stay .Laundry room shared with owner and can be used once a week at weekend. Free street parking.. We'd like to have no smoking ,no pets, no drugs and keep clean students or adults to stay with us.
We provide free wifi , shampoo,hand soap, tissue and a fully equipment kitchen, you could use it to cook light meals ,but need to clean it up after use.And also we clean the common area, you just clean your room.
We provide basic bedding items, if you donot like it, you could bring your own.
When you complete booking, please transfer one moth paymnet as a security deposit.

House Rules
No pets, no smoking, no party, no drugs. Once a week use laundry room.Please keep quiet after 10:00 pm. Not allowed unknown people overnight at my home.
There is one month rental as security deposit after you complete booking.
Then first payment before your arriving day.
Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 30 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”

Jennifer and her husband are great hosts!
The accomodation is very clean, and well located (approx. 10-15 min walk from the SkyTrain station and grocery stores)

Jennifer is a really great host. Very neat and beautiful home. She's very helpful when you need to know. I arrived in the Spring, as soon as summer came she gave us fans/air conditioners for our rooms. Definitely a wonderful host

The house is very well appointed, always very clean, well maintained and very pleasant to stay in. Jennifer is very friendly and caring, and she is very available for any problem.
The house is very well located: it is right next to the bus stop that takes us in 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver, the house being only 5 minutes by bus from the Joyce-Collingwood skytrain station. The supermarkets and the Metrotown mall are also easily accessible, by taking the bus and then the skytrain we can be there in 20 min.
The neighborhood is very nice: very quiet, with a beautiful view of the mountains when you leave the house. I highly recommend this house!
I felt at home here, and it allowed me to spend 4 incredible months in the beautiful Vancouver area!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
